人的全面发展理论视阈下我国高考综合评价制度研究

【摘要】：高校以马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说为理论基础和指导思想,教育、培养、选拔各种类型的人才,是我国高考改革和发展的理论趋势,也是人的全面发展学说在教育领域,特别是中等教育和高等教育领域的有益、深化实践。高考综合评价制度是高校遴选人才的重要手段,在基础教育中起着重要的引导和指挥作用。同时,研究和分析高考综合评价制度的形成与发展对于丰富马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说,全面推进素质教育,都具有十分重要的现实意义。高考评价不是绝对的,不是一成不变的,它从一元化向综合化的发展过程,能够客观、有效、全面、准确地评价学生,也是高考制度改革在从考试到评价的道路上的不断探索与进步；同时高考综合评价制度的应用能够促进高等教育不断改进和完善,为更好地、更科学地管理教育事业,准确把握教育的未来,减少失误发挥着重要的作用。本文从人的全面发展理论视角出发,首先对高考综合评价的内涵、标准、方法和作用进行系统地介绍,并着重对人的全面发展理论与高考综合评价制度的关系作出解释；其次,通过回顾我国高考制度的发展历史,总结我国高考制度历史的经验,对高考综合评价制度的优缺点做出分析,进而对我国高考综合评价制度的发展提出几点初步的思考；再次,对国内与国外在高考评价方面的方法和措施进行对比的基础上,结合我国教育改革的实际情况,分析国外高考综合评价制度的特点及其与我国国内发展的差异性,进而说明国外高考综合评价方法对我国的借鉴意义。最后,通过对代表性省份高考综合评价改革方法及政策的阐述,分析高考综合评价改革中的一些特点和问题,提出进一步完善高考综合评价制度的启示和拟解决对策。在人的全面发展理论视阈下立足评价、教育评价、考试评价和高考综合评价的内涵,全面阐述高考综合评价及其制度建设的内涵、内容、作用和意义等,目的在于力求高考综合评价制度分析的系统全面性；运用马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说、教育评价理论,采用多方参与、多次评价、多维度评价的方法,目的在于力求评价方法的科学性；结合人的全面发展理论论述高考综合评价结果的有效使用,目的在于力求评价结果的实践应用性。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities take the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings as the theoretical basis and guiding ideology to educate, train and select various types of talents, which is the theoretical trend of the reform and development of the college entrance examination in China, and is also the theory of the all-round development of human beings in the field of education. Especially in the field of secondary education and higher education, the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination is an important means to select talents in colleges and universities, which plays an important role in guiding and directing basic education. The study and analysis of the formation and development of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination are of great practical significance for enriching the Marxist theory on the overall development of human beings and promoting quality education in an all-round way. The evaluation of the college entrance examination is not absolute. It can evaluate students objectively, effectively, comprehensively and accurately. It is also the continuous exploration and progress of the reform of college entrance examination system from examination to evaluation. At the same time, the application of the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination can promote the continuous improvement and perfection of higher education. In order to better and more scientifically manage the education cause and accurately grasp the future of education, This paper, from the perspective of the theory of comprehensive development of human beings, first introduces systematically the connotation, standards, methods and functions of the comprehensive evaluation of the college entrance examination. It also explains the relationship between the theory of all-round development of human beings and the comprehensive evaluation system of college entrance examination. Secondly, by reviewing the development history of the college entrance examination system in China, the author summarizes the historical experience of the college entrance examination system in China. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination, and then puts forward some preliminary thoughts on the development of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination in our country. Thirdly, on the basis of comparing the methods and measures in the evaluation of the college entrance examination between domestic and foreign countries, Combined with the actual situation of our country's education reform, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination abroad and the difference between the comprehensive evaluation system and the development of our country, and then explains the significance of the comprehensive evaluation method of the foreign college entrance examination to our country. By expounding the reform methods and policies of comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination in representative provinces, this paper analyzes some characteristics and problems in the reform of comprehensive evaluation of college entrance examination. The implications of evaluation, education evaluation, examination evaluation and college entrance examination comprehensive evaluation are put forward. This paper comprehensively expounds the connotation, content, function and significance of the comprehensive evaluation of the college entrance examination and its system construction, the purpose of which is to strive for a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the comprehensive evaluation system of the college entrance examination, and to apply the Marxist theory on the comprehensive development of human beings. The educational evaluation theory adopts the methods of multi-participation, multi-evaluation and multi-dimensional evaluation, the purpose of which is to strive for the scientific nature of the evaluation methods, and to discuss the effective use of the comprehensive evaluation results of the college entrance examination in combination with the theory of comprehensive development of human beings. The purpose is to try to evaluate the practical application of the results.
