中学德育生活化的实效性研究

【摘要】：学校教育中的德育工作一直以来都占据着至关重要的地位,其工作的开展效果对于青少年学生的身心健康成长至关重要,决定了在其成长过程中是否能够形成良好的道德品质,可以说学校德育工作对于青少年的思想品德的教育与培养至关重要。传统德育工作中明显存在着“重知识、轻实践”的问题,这种德育思路直接造成了当今中学德育中存在的实效性低下的问题,专家、学者们呼吁德育应回归中学生的实际生活,体现和反映中学生的实际生活需求,并为他们的生活提供科学的指导,最终让学生更好的生活。因此,德育生活化理论是学校德育在传统德育基础上的创新和发展,它摒弃了传统德育中知识化、成人化等不合理成分,倡导学校德育与学生的实际生活相结合,更加关注中学生作为独立个体的主体性,主张在生活中对学生进行道德教育,避免德育理论与学生生活实际脱节的问题,促使德育落实到中学生的生活中去,最终目的就是为了提高学校德育的实效性让学生过有道德的、更好的生活。中学生的思想道德素养直接影响到整个国民素质,关系到国家的命运以及未来的发展,而中学生良好的道德素养的形成又离不开中学德育工作的支持。中学生正处于心理、生理成长发育的关键时期,尤其是在心理上正处于一个由不成熟向成熟的过渡期。中学生的世界观、人生观以及价值观也尚未形成,对于周边的事物存在的强烈的好奇心以及求知欲,这一阶段的中学生因生活经验以及相关知识的欠缺,加之这一阶段特有的心理特点影响,如果任由其自行发展,很容易导致德育方面的问题,因此,学校、家庭以及社会就有责任在中学生的这一阶段作出指引,帮助形成正确的认知观念,提升道德素养,而这恰恰就是需要推进并强化在学生中推进德育工作的原因。德育生活化的理论来自学生生活,也需要回到学生的生活之中。德育理念作为一种持续完善,不断发展的观念,在当前中学德育实施过程中还是出现了一些问题,迫切地需要得到解决。所以,有必要通过相关调研寻找发现其存在的问题,分析影响德育实效性的原因之所在,这对于寻找对应问题解决方案,继而推进德育生活化实效性水平至关重要。本文共包括导言和正文三个部分。导言主要包括三个方面:本论文选题的现实意义和理论意义,对国内外研究现状进行综述,最后阐述了本论文采用的研究方法与创新之处。第一部分为中学德育生活化实效性的基本要求,主要集中阐释了两点内容。首先是就德育化的实效性概念进行界定,就此主要是从德育生活化、德育实效性以及德育生活化的实效性三个概念进行界定。其次,从国外理论依据及中学生生活现实依据两个方面阐述了论文的确立依据,阐述了中学德育生活化的确立基础,从而为接下来的问卷设计及数据分析奠定下理论基础。第二部分主要是就中学德育生活化实施现状进行调查以及分析,主要着眼以下几个层面,首先,交代本论文调查问卷的背景,包括科学地选取调查对象,合理发放调查问卷,如实统计、描述德育生活化的实施现状等;其次,对调查问卷进行进行具体分析,从学校管理情况、德育工作实施者情况、学校与家庭和社会的互动情况、家庭与学校及社会中德育落实情况四个方面,综合数据资料展开调查问卷的分析解读,最后针对目前中学德育生活化所体现出来的问题做深入分析,以调查问卷的数据结果为基础,立足理论、目标、内容、方式以及评价几个层面就中学德育生活化所存在的问题进行分析解读,为接下来提出解决德育实效性问题的策略提供了事实依据和对策选择方向。第三部分是论文的重点部分,在立足于前两部分的理论分析和调查数据分析的基础上,提出了中学德育生活化实效性提升的对策。就德育生活化理念的更新、德育生活化目标的优化、德育内容的丰富与更新、德育生活化方式的创新发展、细化德育生活化组织过程及完善德育生活化评价体系六个方面提出了提高德育生活化实效性的相应对策。这部分是在理论阐述和调查分析问题后得出的结论,也是本论文试图为解决中学德育生活化实效性问题而提出的解决策略。德育生活化的实效性问题是目前德育工作开展所面临的最主要的问题,目前在生活化理论的影响下,国内的中学德育基本上已经衍生出较为完善的学校德育形式。特别是在社会主义核心价值观的引导下,随着人们生活意识的改变和生活方式的逐步提升,学生也会逐渐感受到周围社会生活的变化,在学校、家庭及社会的共同努力下,构建中学生的美好生活。

The first part is the basic requirements for the effectiveness of moral education of high school life, mainly explains the contents of two points.
