中学化学创新教育的现状调查及对策分析

【摘要】:创新是国家发展、民族进步的核心,教育是实现创新人才培养的重要渠道。新课程改革的指导下,在中学阶段实施创新教育是实现素质教育的重要路径,是现代教育改革的必然要求,也是未来教育改革的照明灯,更是教育工作者面临的一项紧迫任务。中学化学学科作为基础教育的重要组成部分之一,对创新人才的培养有不可推卸的责任和义务。本文研究内容主要包括以下几个方面:第一章在介绍创新教育的研究背景和研究现状基础上,重点分析实施创新教育的必要性。在中学阶段实施创新教育有利于中学生的全面发展,也能够为中学生成长成才奠定良好基础,是新课程改革的必然要求,也是社会发展的必然选择。第二章对创新与创新教育的定义及特征做出解释,在对创新教育理论、脑科学发展理论、建构主义学习理论、实用主义学习理论和人本主义理论进行阐述的基础上得到:在教学过程应该共同开发学生的左脑和右脑,使学生右脑和左脑均衡地发展,这样才能最大程度地发挥和利用大脑系统的整体功能,学生创新思维得以开发,学生创新能力的培养才能得到保障,创新教育的实施才能真正地成功。为了深入了解新课程改革背景下,在中学化学教学中,创新教育的实施及学生创新能力状况,第三章分别选取昆明市两所中学的初中学生和高中学生为调查对象,就中学化学教学中创新教育的现状及影响学生创新能力的因素等进行问卷调查,通过对比分析得出在中学化学教学中,还存在创新教育的实施不到位、对学生进行创新能力培养的方法和手段欠缺、学生创新能力不强等问题。第四章基于前面分析得出的创新教育的实施不到位及学生创新能力不强等问题,探讨在中学化学教学中如何实施创新教育。通过对比分析创新意识、创新思维和创新能力逻辑关系得出,创新意识是实施创新教育的前提,可以从学生的兴趣及教师观念的转变等诸多方面来培养学生的创新意识;创新思维是创新教育的核心,可以从发散思维及辨证思维等方面来培养学生的创新思维;而创新能力是实施创新教育的具体表现,创新能力的培养途径较多,结合化学学科的特殊性,应该以化学实验为基础,从培养学生的动手操作和实验探究能力等入手,以促进学生创新能力的提高。本文从教师的教学方法、教师观念和学生兴趣的培养,学生发散思维、辩证思维、逆向思维和形象思维以及学生质疑能力、观察能力和实验动手能力等诸多方面对创新教育的实施和创新能力的培养作了分析和探讨,必将对创新人才的培养有一定的借鉴和参考作用。当然,创新教育的实施是一个相当漫长的系统工程,它应该贯穿于人的整个教育过程中,从幼儿园一直到大学、硕士及博士阶段,乃至整个人生的一辈子。因此,无论是创新教育的理论基础研究还是实施创新教育的途径和方法探究,都还需要我们深入系统地开展。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the core of national development, national progress, education is an important channel to realize the cultivation of innovative talents. Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform, the implementation of innovative education in the middle school stage is an important way to realize quality education, is the inevitable requirement of modern education reform, but also the future of teaching lights of educational reform, it is an urgent task for education workers face. Middle school chemistry is an important part of basic education, can not shirk its responsibility and obligations for the cultivation of creative talents. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects: the first chapter introduces the research on innovation education background and research status quo on the basis of analysis of the necessity of implementing innovative education on comprehensive. The development in the middle school stage the implementation of innovative education is conducive to students, also can lay a good foundation for students' growth and success of the new curriculum reform is bound to For, but also the inevitable choice of social development. In the second chapter, the definition and characteristics of innovation and innovation education to explain, in the innovation education theory, brain science development theory, constructivist learning theory, expounded the basis of pragmatic learning theory and humanism theory in the teaching process should develop students' right and left the right brain, right brain and left brain make students balanced development, so as to maximize the utilization and overall function of brain systems, to develop students' creative thinking, and to cultivate students' innovation ability can be guaranteed, the implementation of creative education truly successful. In order to understand the context of the new curriculum reform in high school chemistry teaching.
