【摘要】:山东抗日根据地及解放区教育是对传统教育进行改造的基础上,在争取民族解放、民主发展的艰苦环境中逐步发展起来的。从总体上看,这一时期的教育经历了从国防教育到全面贯彻新民主主义教育再到普通教育改革三个阶段。其中中等教育,对中国教育的近代化起了积极的作用。要了解中国教育的近现代化进程,具体研究不同地区近代中等教育的发展史,是十分必要的。由于山东的独特文化传统,抗战前的中等教育又有一定的基础,因战争的残酷程度又表现得尤为剧烈,所以山东根据地及解放区教育的发展又呈现出许多不同于其他根据地和解放区教育的特征。考察山东根据地及解放区的中等教育的发展具有十分重要的意义。论文全面系统考察了山东根据地及解放区的中等教育。首先,从背景入手,简单的介绍了抗战前(1928—1937)山东的中等教育发展状况,并且从它的教育学制概况、教育措施、教学效果、教育概况等方面进行分析。其次,简要介绍抗战时期山东根据地中等教育发展背景和机构,结合当时残酷的战争背景,教育的特殊性,对当时的实施机构作深入的剖析。再次,山东根据地及解放区的中等教育包括:普通中学教育、师范教育、职业教育,所以从这几种教育类型的学校创建情况、教育方针政策、教学内容、师资力量、教育效果等多个方面深入研究和分析。最后,将山东根据地及解放区的中等教育与其他根据地及解放区的中等教育作一比较,总结归纳出这两个时期中等教育的改革趋势、教育特点、利弊得失。重点突出对当代的教育启示和借鉴意义。山东根据地及解放区的中等教育,是从国防教育到普通教育的转型期。试图通过对这一历史时期各实施教育机构制定的有关中等教育法令、法规的分析,从而对抗日战争及解放战争时期山东的中等教育学制、所设学校情况、教学效果、师资问题、教育经费状况等进行学术考察,结合典型案例对其中的利弊得失做归纳总结,进而力图还原这两个特殊时期山东中等教育的原貌。
[Abstract]:Education in Shandong's anti-Japanese base areas and liberated areas was gradually developed in the arduous environment of national liberation and democratic development on the basis of the transformation of traditional education. Generally speaking, Education in this period has gone through three stages, from the education of national defense to the comprehensive implementation of the new democratic education and to the reform of the general education. Among them, secondary education, It has played a positive role in the modernization of Chinese education. It is necessary to understand the recent modernization of Chinese education and to study the history of modern secondary education in different regions. The secondary education before the War of Resistance against Japan had a certain foundation, and the cruelty of the war was particularly acute. Therefore, the development of education in Shandong base areas and liberated areas presents many characteristics different from those in other base areas and liberated areas. It is of great significance to investigate the development of secondary education in Shandong base areas and liberated areas. The article comprehensively and systematically examines the secondary education in Shandong base areas and liberated areas. First of all, Starting with the background, this paper briefly introduces the development of secondary education in Shandong Province before the War of Resistance against Japan (1928-1937), and analyzes the general situation of educational system, educational measures, teaching effect, general situation of education and so on. This paper briefly introduces the development background and institutions of secondary education in Shandong base area during the War of Resistance against Japan. Combined with the cruel background of war and the particularity of education at that time, it makes a deep analysis of the implementing institutions at that time. Secondary education in Shandong base areas and liberated areas includes general secondary education, normal education, and vocational education. Therefore, from the situation of the establishment of schools of these types of education, educational principles and policies, teaching contents, and teachers' strength, Finally, the secondary education in Shandong base area and liberated area is compared with that in other base areas and liberated areas, and the reform trend of secondary education in these two periods is summed up. The characteristics of education, advantages and disadvantages, advantages and disadvantages. The emphasis on contemporary education enlightenment and reference. Shandong base area and the liberated areas of secondary education, It is a transitional period from national defense education to general education. Through the analysis of the relevant secondary education laws and regulations formulated by educational institutions in this historical period, the secondary education system in Shandong during the War of Resistance against Japan and the War of Liberation was analyzed. The situation of the schools, the teaching effect, the teachers' problems, the educational funds and so on are investigated, and the advantages and disadvantages of these two special periods are summed up and summarized in combination with the typical cases, and then the original appearance of Shandong secondary education in these two special periods is tried to be restored.
