洛阳市初中校园足球开展现状及发展对策研究

【摘要】:为了全面推动中国足球发展,最近几年来,我国加大对中国足球发展的支持,大力发展青少年足球。2009年校园足球的工作会议在北京召开,强化中小学体育事业,促进青少年足球运动的发展[1]。如今,校园足球已经在中国各地展开,参加者数量呈上升趋势,足以显示其影响力也在逐渐加大[2]。河南省洛阳市足球运动发展走全国前列,洛阳市被评为全国校园足球试点城市,涧西区也被评为全国校园足球示范区。2013年,洛阳市东方高中在第17届“全国足球学校杯”荣获冠军,洛阳市西工区第二小学在2015年第三十届“连云港体彩·新春杯”全国少年足球赛获得冠军,然而只有初中阶段没有在全国性的比赛中获得冠军成绩。这引起极大的思考,本文将依托洛阳市初中学校开展校园足球的现状,同时对校园足球专家、教育局和体育领导以及各学校领导进行走访、调研,旨在让更多的孩子能够参与到足球活动中去,提高洛阳市初中学生的身体素质,培养他们团结协作能力,同时选拔出优秀队员进行专业训练,提高学生的足球运动水平,为洛阳市初中学生足球技术水平提升提供一些理论依据。本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、实地观察法、数理统计法等研究方法,将洛阳市初中学校校园足球活动的实施进行了调研分析,得出几个主要结果:1、洛阳市初中学校足球场地有限,多数为250米和300米塑胶跑道,对于大面积校园足球活动的开展明显吃力。2、洛阳市初中学校领导支持力度不够,仅有足球传统学校的足球开展受到重视。3、洛阳市初中学校教师足球教学经验不足,有足球教练证的教师很少。4、家长并不支持孩子参与足球活动。5、学生非常喜欢足球,但是学习和踢球时间冲突,导致了许多孩子放弃踢球。当今国家国务院对校园足球的开展非常重视,国家领导人习近平主席在公开的场合也不止一次的提出要提高中国足球队的成绩。通过上述研究结论分析,提出了相应的对策:1、加强领导的思想认识程度。2、改善场地条件,加大资金投入。3、加强足球教师队伍的建设。4、改变家长观念,促进学生身体和心理共同发展。5、重视校园足球活动的宣传。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of Chinese football in an all-round way, in recent years, China has increased its support for the development of Chinese football and vigorously developed juvenile football. In 2009, a working conference on campus football was held in Beijing to strengthen the sports cause of primary and secondary schools. Promoting the Development of Youth Football [1]. Nowadays, campus football has been carried out in various parts of China, and the number of participants is on the rise, which shows that its influence is gradually increasing [2] .Henan Province Luoyang City has taken the lead in the development of football in the country. Luoyang City was named National Campus Football pilot City, Jianxi District was also named National Campus Football demonstration District. In 2013, Dongfang High School in Luoyang City won the championship in the 17th National Football School Cup. In 2015, the No. 2 Primary School in Luoyang Xigong District won the championship in the 30th Lianyungang Sports Lottery 路Spring Cup. However, only junior high school did not win the championship in the national competition. This caused great thinking. This article will rely on Luoyang junior high school to carry out the present situation of campus football, at the same time to the campus football experts, the education bureau and the sports leaders as well as each school leader carries on the interview, the investigation, the goal is to let more children participate in the soccer activity. Improve the physical quality of middle school students in Luoyang, cultivate their ability of unity and cooperation, select excellent players for professional training, and improve the students' football level. This paper provides some theoretical basis for the improvement of football skill level of junior high school students in Luoyang. The research methods of this paper are literature, interview, questionnaire, field observation, mathematical statistics and so on. Based on the investigation and analysis of the implementation of campus football activities in Luoyang junior high schools, several main results were drawn: 1. The football field of Luoyang junior high school is limited, most of which are 250 meters and 300 meters plastic runways. For the large area of campus football activities, it is obviously difficult to carry out. 2, Luoyang junior high school leadership support is not enough, only football traditional school football development attention. 3, Luoyang junior high school teachers football teaching experience is not enough. There are very few teachers with football coaching certificates, and parents don't support their children's participation in football. 5. Students like football very much, but the learning and playing times conflict. This has led many children to give up playing football. Today, the State Council attaches great importance to the development of campus football. President Xi Jinping, the national leader, on more than one public occasion, has also proposed to improve the performance of the Chinese football team. Through the analysis of the above research conclusions, the author has put forward corresponding countermeasures: 1, strengthening the ideological understanding of the leadership, and improving the conditions of the site. Increase the investment of. 3, strengthen the construction of football teachers. 4, change the idea of parents, promote the common development of students' body and psychology, attach importance to the propaganda of campus football activities.
