芬兰基础教育的成就、挑战与改革——基于PISA2015的分析

【摘要】:芬兰的基础教育举世瞩目,芬兰学生屡次在国际学生评估项目(PISA)中斩获佳绩,这得益于芬兰综合学校的改革、教师教育的发展以及对教育公平与效率的卓越追求。然而,PISA2015测试结果表明芬兰基础教育仍面临诸多挑战。21世纪,芬兰基础教育又一次选择了革新,具体措施包括改革综合学校、颁布新的国家核心课程、实行LUMA国家发展计划、开展新的教师教育发展计划等,旨在提高芬兰青少年的21世纪技能。
[Abstract]:Basic education in Finland has attracted worldwide attention, and Finnish students have repeatedly achieved good results in the International Student Assessment Program (PISAA), thanks to the reform of Finnish comprehensive schools. The development of teacher education and the pursuit of educational equity and efficiency. However, the results of the PISA2015 test show that basic education in Finland still faces many challenges in the 21st century, and that basic education in Finland has once again chosen to innovate, including through the reform of comprehensive schools. The new national core curriculum, the implementation of the LUMA National Development Plan and the new teacher Education Development Program are aimed at improving the skills of Finnish adolescents in 21th century.
