《思想品德》课堂教学中师生互动有效性研究

【摘要】：当前,教师主导的传统教学模式已不能满足教育需求,随着基础教育改革的深入推进,广大教育工作者不断探索新的教育手段和方法,以期提高教学质量,加强师生之间的平等交流和对话。初中生处于身心发展的关键阶段,此时其世界观、人生观、价值观正在逐步形成,而思想品德课作为德育的重要阵地,理应得到高度重视。为了提高思想品德课的教学效果,让学生更好地感悟知识,提高学生的积极性和主动性,构建师生共同参与、积极互动的课堂氛围势在必行。笔者结合自身实习经历,通过自身的教学实践、观摩他人课堂教学、与资深教师交流探讨等形式,对初中思想品德课堂上师生互动的相关问题进行了研究。首先明确了师生互动的基本概念,通过借鉴学者们对相关概念的界定,我提出了对师生互动概念的理解,进而按照自身的理解提出了平等性、情感性、启发性三大师生互动原则。其次阐明了初中思想品德课师生互动的形式,通过多样化的提问方式、民主化的讨论方式、有选择的课堂测验等形式来丰富思想品德课堂。再次立足于现实的课堂教学,提出了思想品德课堂存在互动放任化、区别对待学生、互动层次浅、评价机制不完善等问题。最后通过学校宏观把控、做好支持工作教师全面改进、提高综合素质以及学生转变观念、强化主体意识,三者共同努力不断改善初中思想品德课现状,不断提高课堂效率。本研究试图将师生互动贯穿到思想品德课堂中,使课堂气氛更加活跃,师生之间的交流更加顺畅,学生乐于接受知识,让学生在深刻理解新知识的基础上将知识内化并转化为自身的实际行动,以达到思想品德课的德育目标。

In order to improve the teaching effect of Ideological and moral lesson, let students better understand knowledge, improve the enthusiasm and initiative of students, teachers and students to participate in the construction, active and interactive classroom atmosphere of the author's own practice is imperative. Experience, through the teaching practice, classroom teaching and watching others, the exchange of senior teachers and other forms of interaction between teachers and students on the junior middle school thought product class The related problem is studied. It first introduces the basic concept of teacher-student interaction, by learning from the scholars on the definition of related concepts, I put forward the conceptual understanding of the interaction between teachers and students, and then according to their own understanding of the equality, emotional, inspiring three teacher-student interaction principle. Secondly it expounds the junior high ideological and moral the interaction between teachers and students in the form of a variety of questions, democratic discussion, choose a classroom test form to enrich the ideological and moral teaching. Classroom teaching again based on reality, put forward the ideological and moral lesson is interactive, laissez faire, discriminate between students, interactive superficial, evaluation mechanism is not perfect at last through the school. To control the macro, to support the work of teachers' comprehensive improvement, improve the comprehensive quality of students and change the idea, strengthen the consciousness of subject, the three joint efforts to continuously improve the junior middle school thought To moral education situation, constantly improve the efficiency of the classroom. The interaction between teachers and students through the ideological and moral teaching, more active classroom atmosphere, teachers and students communicate more smoothly, students are willing to accept the knowledge, let the students understand the new knowledge in the knowledge base will internalize and into its own action, in order to achieve ideological and moral education goal and moral education.
