中学生非正式群体及其越轨行为研究

【摘要】:中学生生活在或大或小的各类群体中,这些群体有的是以班级、年级、团支部等正式组织的形式存在,也有的是以兴趣小组、“哥们儿”圈子等非正式群体的形式存在。非正式群体在满足了中学生日益多元化的各种需要的同时,也深刻影响着中学生的学习生活与身心发展,中学生非正式群体既有积极作用也有消极作用,如果引导不当容易诱发群体性的越轨行为。对中学生非正式群体及其越轨行为进行深入细致的研究,对于加强中学生非正式群体的教育引导及有效控制,减轻其对中学生的消极影响具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。中学生非正式群体越轨行为是指中学生非正式群体因违反道德风尚、校规校纪、法律法规所产生的具有消极性、群体性特点的越轨行为。目前,中学生非正式群体越轨行为已从一种个体的、孤立的教育现象逐渐发展为一个普遍的、严重的社会问题。中学生非正式群体越轨行为不但危害了中学生个体的身心健康成长,也影响到规范社会秩序的建立。根据亚文化理论、差别交往理论、重要他人理论等相关社会学理论分析,中学生非正式群体越轨行为产生的原因既有中学生身心发展不平衡、中学生挫折—攻击心理强、自控力不足、生活方式不良等主体因素,也有传统社会控制力减弱、越轨情境因素增加等客观环境因素。防范中学生非正式群体越轨行为的发生,需要全社会各方面的综合治理。首先,应从加强班集体建设;重视对核心人物的教育与引导;区别对待不同形式的中学生非正式群体等方面加强对中学生非正式群体的管理引导工作。其次,从中学生要树立提高自我控制能力的意识,学会正确处理人际关系,自觉树立法律保护意识等方面积极引导中学生提高自我控制和自我保护意识。最后,应加强传统社会控制,消除诱发越轨行为的情境影响来营造良好的育人环境。
[Abstract]:Middle school students live in all kinds of groups, big or small. Some of these groups exist in the form of formal organizations such as classes, grades, League branches, etc. There are also informal groups in the form of interest groups, "buddies" circles and other informal groups. While meeting the needs of increasing diversity among middle school students, informal groups also have a profound impact on the study, life, physical and mental development of middle school students. The informal group of middle school students has both positive and negative effects. If the guidance is improper, it is easy to induce the deviant behavior of the group. This paper makes a thorough and detailed study on the informal group of middle school students and their deviant behavior. To strengthen the educational guidance and effective control of the informal group of middle school students, It has important theoretical value and practical significance to reduce the negative influence on middle school students. The informal group deviant behavior of middle school students refers to the negative effect of the informal group of middle school students because of violating the moral custom, the school rules and regulations, and the laws and regulations. At present, the informal group deviant behavior of middle school students has gradually developed from an individual and isolated educational phenomenon to a universal one. Serious social problems. Informal group deviant behavior of middle school students not only endangers the physical and mental health of middle school students, but also affects the establishment of standard social order. The analysis of relevant sociological theories, such as important others theory, shows that the causes of deviant behavior of informal groups of middle school students are the imbalance of students' physical and mental development, the strong frustration and attack psychology of middle school students, the lack of self-control, the bad life style and so on. There are also some objective environmental factors, such as the weakening of traditional social control and the increase of deviant situational factors. To prevent the occurrence of deviant behavior of the informal groups of middle school students, it is necessary to comprehensively control all aspects of the whole society. First, we should strengthen the class collective construction; We should pay attention to the education and guidance of the key characters, treat different forms of informal groups of middle school students, and strengthen the management and guidance of the informal groups of middle school students. Secondly, we should establish the consciousness of improving the ability of self-control in the middle school students. Learn to deal with interpersonal relationships correctly, consciously establish awareness of legal protection, and actively guide middle school students to improve their awareness of self-control and self-protection. Finally, traditional social control should be strengthened. Eliminate the situational influence of inducing deviant behavior to create a good educational environment.
