初中教师课堂管理对学生学习参与的影响研究

【摘要】：课堂是教师和学生在教学过程中展开交流与合作的重要场域,教师科学的课堂管理是学生积极参与教学的重要手段。基础教育新课程标准提出“自主、合作、探究”的教学方式改革,学生积极参与教学成为课堂教学方法改革的指向标,学生课堂活动的参与程度日益受到关注。本研究的目的主要是想通过了解初中教师课堂管理的特点和困境,明确合理而有效的课堂管理行为,以此提高学生在课堂教学中参与学习的主动性和积极性。基于权变理论中的路径目标模式理论,研究中采用了课堂观察法、访谈法及问卷调查法,对初中教师的课堂管理行为、学生的学习参与行为以及教师课堂管理行为与学生学习参与行为关系进行了探索分析。研究结果表明,第一,初中教师课堂管理水平处于中等水平并且教师的教学方式存在差异。第二,学生在不同学科课堂上的参与程度处于中等偏上的水平,行为参与略高于认知参与和情感参与;在不同学科的课堂上学生的参与程度存在显著差异,但女生的参与水平不存在显著差异。第三,教师的人际关系管理、课堂环境管理以及课堂纪律管理对学生的行为参与具有正向的影响,对学生的认知参与具有正向的影响,对学生情感参与也具有正向的影响。因此,研究证明了本研究的假设,教师的课堂教学管理行为对学生学习参与影响显著。基于以上研究结论,本研究建议初中教师树立科学的教学管理理念,运用多元的教学方式和方法,将行为参与、认知参与和情感参与有机结合,以此提高学生的参与程度。
[Abstract]:Classroom is an important field for teachers and students to communicate and cooperate in the process of teaching. The scientific classroom management of teachers is an important means for students to actively participate in teaching.The new curriculum standard of basic education puts forward the reform of teaching methods of "independence, cooperation and inquiry". The active participation of students in teaching has become the direction of the reform of classroom teaching methods, and the degree of students' participation in classroom activities has been paid more and more attention.The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and difficulties of middle school teachers' classroom management, and to make clear the rational and effective classroom management behavior, so as to improve the students' initiative and enthusiasm to participate in learning in the classroom teaching.Based on the theory of path and target model in contingency theory, classroom observation, interview and questionnaire are used in the study, and the classroom management behavior of junior middle school teachers is studied.The relationship between students' learning participation behavior and teachers' classroom management behavior and students' learning participation behavior is analyzed.The results show that, first, the junior middle school teachers' classroom management level is at the middle level and teachers' teaching styles are different.Second, the students' participation in different subjects is at the middle level, and the behavioral participation is slightly higher than cognitive participation and emotional participation, and there are significant differences in the degree of students' participation in different subjects.However, there was no significant difference in the level of female participation.Thirdly, teachers' interpersonal relationship management, classroom environment management and classroom discipline management have positive effects on students' behavior participation, students' cognitive participation and students' emotional participation.Therefore, the research proves the hypothesis that teachers' classroom teaching management behavior has a significant impact on students' learning participation.Based on the above conclusions, this study suggests that junior middle school teachers should set up scientific teaching management concept, use multiple teaching methods and methods, and combine behavior participation, cognitive participation and emotional participation to improve the degree of students' participation.
