成都市中小学生体育活动状况调查分析

【摘要】:社会的发展归根结底是人的发展,社会竞争加剧,对人才的培养也日益重视,人们逐渐认识到了健康在人的素质中的重要作用。青少年时期是发展身心健康和各项身体素质的关键时期,青少年的体质健康水平不仅仅关系着个人的健康成长,同时关系着整个民族的健康素质和人才培养的质量,所以中小学生的身心健康一直深受党和国家的重视。体力活动量会直接影响学生体质健康,处于生长发育阶段的中小学生,必须保证每天的体力活动、体育活动时间和负荷量,才能使身体体格、生理机能、身体素质得以正常发展,形成健康的体魄。目前,中小学生课业压力较重,参加体育活动的时间就相对较少,缺乏体育锻炼,影响学生的身心健康。因此,了解中小学生的体育活动状况,分析存在的问题及其影响因素,对中小学生的全方位发展具有重要的促进意义。2015年成都市教育局、成都市体育局委托成都市国民体质监测中心对全市中小学校学校体育工作进行抽样问卷调研。各区(市)县抽6所学校,市直属(直管)学校全部参与。实际调查的学生人数为45407名,经筛查整理后保留44292名学生的问卷调查数据纳入统计分析。本文依据此次问卷调研,运用统计学方法描述和分析成都市中小学生体育活动现状,以及中小学生体育活动在城乡之间的差异和圈层之前的差异,得出以下结论:1)成都市绝大多数中小学生(97.3%)喜欢体育活动,成都市中小学生绝大多数喜欢上体育课,男生喜欢上体育课的比例略多于女生。学生对体育课上运动强度感觉达到中等的只占43%,显示体育课运动强度偏小。五成以上学生每次课外体育活动时间不到一个小时,且活动时只有小强度及以下的负荷,反映出课外体育活动在时间和质量上都不足。中小学生课余最经常参加的体育项目为跑步、游戏、足篮排球、乒羽网球和跳绳/踢毽。2)成都市中小学生体育活动在城乡之间和城郊圈层之间有一定差异,表现为经济较好区域的学生参加体育活动的时间少于经济较差区域的学生,同时运动强度也低于经济较差区域的学生,呈现出乡村好于城镇、外圈层好于内圈层而与经济水平“倒挂”的现象。
[Abstract]:In the final analysis, the development of society is the development of human beings. The social competition intensifies and the cultivation of talents is paid more and more attention. People have gradually realized the important role of health in the quality of human beings.Adolescence is a key period for the development of physical and mental health and physical fitness. The level of physical health of teenagers is not only related to the healthy growth of individuals, but also to the healthy quality of the whole nation and the quality of personnel training.Therefore, the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students have been the party and the state's attention.Physical activity will directly affect the physical health of students. Primary and middle school students at the stage of growth and development must ensure daily physical activity, physical activity time and load, in order to make the body physique and physiological function.The physical quality can develop normally and form a healthy physique.At present, the students in primary and middle school are under heavy pressure and have less time to take part in physical activities. The lack of physical exercise affects the physical and mental health of students.Therefore, understanding the sports activities of primary and middle school students, analyzing the existing problems and their influencing factors are of great significance to the all-round development of primary and middle school students.Chengdu Sports Bureau commissioned Chengdu National physique Monitoring Center to investigate the physical education work of primary and secondary schools in the city.Each district (city) county draws 6 schools, the city directly subordinate (direct management) the school all participates.The actual number of students was 45407. The questionnaire data of 44292 students were collected and analyzed.Based on the questionnaire survey, this paper describes and analyzes the present situation of sports activities of primary and middle school students in Chengdu by using statistical method, as well as the differences between urban and rural areas and before the circle of sports activities of primary and middle school students.The following conclusions can be drawn: (1) the majority of primary and middle school students in Chengdu like sports activities, and most of them like physical education, and the proportion of boys who like physical education is slightly higher than that of girls.Only 43 students had a moderate feeling of sports intensity in PE class, indicating that the sports intensity of PE class was on the low side.More than 50% of the students have less than one hour of extracurricular sports activities each time, and only a small intensity and less than the load of activities, which reflects the lack of time and quality of extracurricular sports activities.The most frequent sports for primary and secondary school students after school are running, games, foot basket volleyball, table tennis and rope skipping / shuttlecock.) there is a certain difference between the urban and rural areas and the peri-urban areas in the sports activities of primary and middle school students in Chengdu.Students in better economic areas participate in sports activities for less time than students in less economically poor areas, and at the same time, the intensity of sports is also lower than that of students in economically poor areas, showing that the countryside is better than the cities and towns.The outer layer is better than the inner layer and the phenomenon of "hanging upside down" with the economic level.
