城乡结合部初中生统一化管理的研究

【摘要】:城乡结合部初中学生的困境和存在的问题日益受到大众关注,已成为教育领域的热点问题。近年来随着经济的持续发展,大量的进城务工人员和随迁子女涌入城乡结合部,截止到2015年全国义务教育阶段在校生中进城务工人员随迁子女共1367.1万人,其中在初中就读人数为353.54万人。这给城乡结合部初中学校的教学和管理带来巨大压力。本研究主要通过文献研究和访谈,从全国各地城乡结合部初中生的现状和存在的共性问题入手探讨了城乡结合部初中学生存在的优缺点,接着研究了城乡结合部初中生存在的问题和缺点的原因。结合笔者长期在城乡结合部初中生管理的经验和全国各地一些通过以管理提升学生成绩的成功范例,提出通过学生统一化管理来解决城乡结合部初中学校的学生管理难题以达到学生精细化管理,同时尊重学生天性因势利导为学生发展奠基。通过研究,笔者发现城乡结合部初中生的现状和存在问题具有一定的普遍性、相似性,形成原因具有共性,严重影响学校学生管理和学生的学习生活。城乡结合部初中生的问题突出,必须通过靶向治疗集中治理,因此在学生管理方面引入统一化管理是一种正确选择。通过统一化的管理把学生的行为约束好之后实施精细化管理,培养其良好行为习惯的养成并坚持下来。在此基础上给予广大学生自由、全面、个性发展空间让学生能健康发展。笔者认为,城乡结合部初中生正处于人生发展的关键时期。实施统一化管理符合立德树人的根本要求;符合社会发展和阶层流动的需要;符合城乡结合部人民群众的核心利益;符合城乡结合部初中学生和学校的长远发展利益。通过学生统一化管理,构建学校管理、年级管理、班级管理、家长学校,最后生成学生自主管理的全方位、全时段的管理模式。城乡结合部初中学校要以学生统一化管理为契机,充分发挥家长的教育作用,不断增近与学校和班主任的沟通并及时掌握孩子动态,使其积极配合学校教育及早发现纠正学生问题。还要充分发挥学生的自我管理作用,通过学生干部和学生的自我约束把统一化管理对学生产生的正面影响内化为自己的良好行为习惯。经过笔者对学生统一化管理的研究和实践,希望能对各地区城乡结合部初中生管理提供些许帮助,同时能对有关问题的研究起到促进作用,并助推城乡结合部基础教育的发展。
[Abstract]:The plight and existing problems of junior middle school students in urban and rural areas have been paid more and more attention, which has become a hot issue in the field of education.In recent years, with the sustained development of economy, a large number of migrant workers and their children have poured into the urban and rural areas. By 2015, 13.671 million migrant workers had been working in the rural areas among the students in the compulsory education stage of the country.Among them, the number of students in junior high school is 3.5354 million.This brings great pressure to the teaching and management of junior middle school in urban and rural areas.This research mainly through the literature research and the interview, has discussed the advantage and disadvantage of the junior middle school students in the urban-rural junction area from the present situation and the common problems of the middle school students in the urban-rural joint region.Then it studies the problems and shortcomings of junior high school students in urban and rural areas.Combined with the author's long-term experience in the management of junior high school students in urban and rural areas and some successful examples of improving students' performance through management throughout the country,It is proposed to solve the difficult problem of student management in junior middle school in urban and rural areas by unified student management, and to achieve fine management of students, while respecting students' nature to guide students' development is the foundation of students' development.Through the research, the author finds that the present situation and existing problems of junior high school students in the urban and rural areas have certain universality, similarity and common causes, which seriously affect the management of students and the study life of students.The problems of junior high school students in urban and rural areas are prominent, so it is a correct choice to introduce unified management in the aspect of student management.Through the unified management, the students' behavior is restrained and the fine management is carried out, and the good behavior habit is cultivated and persisted.On this basis to give students freedom, comprehensive, personality development space to enable students to develop healthily.The author believes that junior middle school students in urban and rural areas are in a critical period of life development.The implementation of unified management is in line with the basic requirements of Li de, the needs of social development and class mobility, the core interests of the people in the urban-rural joint areas, and the long-term development interests of junior middle school students and schools in the urban-rural joint areas.Through the unified management of students, the construction of school management, grade management, class management, parent schools, and finally the generation of students independent management of the all-round, all-time management model.Junior middle schools in the urban and rural areas should take the opportunity of unified student management, give full play to the role of parents in education, constantly increase communication with schools and class teachers, and grasp the children's dynamics in a timely manner.Make it actively cooperate with school education to find out and correct students' problems as soon as possible.It is also necessary to give full play to the role of students' self-management and internalize the positive influence of unified management on students into their own good behavior habits through the self-restraint of student cadres and students.Through the research and practice of unified management of students, the author hopes to provide some help to the management of junior high school students in urban and rural areas, at the same time, it can promote the research of related problems, and promote the development of basic education in urban and rural areas.
