【摘要】：一所老学校面对客观存在的学校发展生源瓶颈,犹如一棵老树终年不得解渴。但学校没有坐以待毙,而是紧跟时代步伐,积极探索,把握"核心素养"理念;联系教学实际,巧妙渗透"核心素养"理念;主动突破发展瓶颈,积极谋划尖子生培养方略,终于让这棵老树大旱逢甘露,长出新芽,绽放新花。
[Abstract]:An old school faces an objective bottleneck of school development, like an old tree that can't quench its thirst all year.But instead of waiting for death, the school has followed the pace of the times, actively explored and grasped the concept of "core literacy"; combined teaching practice with the concept of "core literacy"; actively broke through the bottleneck of development and actively planned a strategy for training top students.Finally let this old tree drought meet nectar, grow new buds, blooming new flowers.
