探究式教学法在高中体育课中的实验研究

【摘要】:探究式教学是指学生在学习概念和原理时,教师只给予一些事例和问题,让学生自己通过阅读、观察、实验、讨论、思考、听讲等途径去独立探究,自行发现并掌握相应的原理和结论的一种方法。基础教育是培养人才的摇篮,旧的教学模式已经不能适应当今对教育的新需求,新的教学模式被逐渐广泛应用。探究式教学法在体育课堂中的应用旨在建立新型的师生关系,使体育课堂充满活力。在和谐、融洽的师生关系中,在浓厚的学习氛围中激发学生的学习兴趣,发挥学生的主动性。探究式教学法的应用能够提高中学体育的教学质量,产生理想的教学效果。本文以探究式教学法在中学体育课中的应用为研究对象展开了教学实验,采用了文献综述法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等科学的方法,验证了探究式教学是合理有效的教学方法,并得出以下结论:(1)探究式教学在中学体育课程中的应用提高了学生的体质状况,使学生经常参加体育运动,通过锻炼发展学生的身体素质。(2)探究式教学在体育课中的应用有利于学生对体育理论知识的掌握,完整把握完成技术动作的要点和难点。(3)探究式教学在中学体育课程中的应用有利于学生对技术动作的掌握,在学习过程中正确理解学习内容和合理使用学习方法,使技术动作掌握更加牢固,提高学生的实践能力。(4)探究式教学在中学体育课程中的应用提高学生对体育学习的兴趣。(5)探究式教学在中学体育课程中的应用提高了学生的合作意识,学生在体育课堂上相互交流、讨论的机会越来越多,思考和合作能力有所提高。(6)探究式教学在中学体育课程中的应用有助于学生提高对体育学习自信心,学生对体育学习越有信心,对体育运动就越喜欢,有利于学生体育锻炼习惯的养成和形成终身体育的意识。
[Abstract]:Inquiry teaching means that when students learn concepts and principles, teachers only give them some examples and problems, allowing them to explore independently by reading, observing, experimenting, discussing, thinking, listening and so on. A method for discovering and mastering the corresponding principles and conclusions. Basic education is the cradle of cultivating talents, the old teaching mode can not meet the new demand of education, and the new teaching model has been widely used. The application of inquiry teaching method in PE classroom aims to establish a new relationship between teachers and students and make the PE classroom full of vitality. In the harmonious, harmonious teacher-student relationship, in a strong learning atmosphere to stimulate students' interest in learning, play to the initiative of students. The application of inquiry teaching method can improve the teaching quality of middle school physical education and produce ideal teaching effect. This paper takes the application of inquiry teaching method in middle school physical education as the object of study, and adopts scientific methods such as literature review method, questionnaire survey method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and so on. This paper verifies that inquiry teaching is a reasonable and effective teaching method, and draws the following conclusion: 1) the application of inquiry teaching in middle school physical education has improved the students' physique and made students take part in sports frequently. The application of inquiry teaching in physical education is helpful for students to master the theory knowledge of physical education. The application of inquiry-based teaching in the middle school physical education course is beneficial to the students' mastering of the technical action, the correct understanding of the learning content and the rational use of the learning method in the process of learning. To make technical movements more solid, The application of inquiry teaching in the middle school physical education course improves the students' interest in physical education. 5) the application of the inquiry teaching in the middle school physical education course improves the students' cooperative consciousness. Students have more and more opportunities to communicate with each other in physical education class, and their thinking and cooperation ability has been improved. The application of inquiry teaching in middle school physical education curriculum can help students to improve their self-confidence in physical education learning. The more confident the students are to the study of physical education, the more they like sports, which is beneficial to the formation of students' habit of physical exercise and the consciousness of lifelong physical education.
