高效课堂下延吉市第十二中学语文导学现状调查分析

【摘要】：获得知识的过程是一个主动的过程,学习者应该成为获取知识的主动参与者。教师对学生主动参与的引导,使学生好知和乐知才是取得良好的教学效果的关键所在。因而在创新教学观念的引导下,高效课堂的实施对教师提出了更新、更高的要求,教师必须转变传统的师生观念,坚持做到“以生为本”,充分利用自己的修养和学识来恰当适时地对学生进行引导。教师要强化去激发学生的学习兴趣,使他们逐步发展和培养优良的学习心理,从而不断强化学生在学习过程中的主体地位,这样才会形成一种学习兴趣促使良好学习效果出现、学习能力伴随学生学习过程不断提高的大好形势。教师的教授过程不单单是对书本知识的传授,更深层也是更重要的是要加强对学生的学习方法的指导,真正教会学生如何去学习,逐步培养学生的自主学习能力、合作探究和合作学习能力。教师教学导学能力的提升对学生个体发展意义非凡,也在很大程度上会促进学校高效课堂改革的逐步深化,因此,语文教学导学研究作用重大。本文旨在对高效课堂背景下的延吉市第十二中学语文教学导学的现状进行问卷调查,根据问卷数据分析得出延吉市第十二中学在高效课堂背景下语文教学导学取得的成效和存在的问题,并探究提升语文教师教学导学的途径。本篇论文主要涵盖了五部分,第一章是绪论,主要介绍本论文研究问题提出的背景、研究目的和意义、研究的现状以及研究的范围和方法并界定了主要概念；第二章主要阐释本论文研究问题的理论依据和《新课标》以及《纲要》对其的要求；第三章对延吉市第十二中学在高效课堂背景下的语文导学进行现状调查分析,主要从学校和教师两方面进行阐述,学校方面主要分析阐述了学校对教师教学培训的现状以及学校对教师教学评价的现状调查；教师方面主要从教师的导学观念现状、教师的导学能力现状、教师在“四学”学习中的导学现状。第四章在第三章的基础上对高效课堂背景下延吉市第十二中学的语文导学所取得的成效和存在的问题进行系统的分析,成效主要体现在高效课堂的实施、教师导学能力和学生的学习能力；问题主要表现在学校、教师和学生三方面。第五章则联系了理论和实际对延吉市第十二中学的语文教学导学存在的问题提出了改进的建议。从本篇论文的调查研究得出高效课堂下语文教学导学的实施任重道远,学校、教师是提升教师导学水平的主力,学校要增加教师的培训、提供更多交流平台等,教师要努力提高自身文化素质和教学水平,使高效课堂真正实现高效率。

Therefore, under the guidance of innovative teaching concept, the implementation of efficient classroom has put forward new and higher requirements to teachers and students. Teachers must change the traditional concept of teachers and students and adhere to the principle of "student-oriented". Make full use of their culture and knowledge to properly guide the students. Teachers should strengthen students' interest in learning so that they can gradually develop and cultivate excellent learning psychology, so as to strengthen the main position of students in the process of learning, so as to form a kind of learning interest and promote the appearance of good learning effect. Learning ability with students learning process constantly improve the good situation. The teaching process of teachers is not only to impart book knowledge, but also to strengthen the guidance of students' learning methods, to teach students how to learn, and to gradually cultivate students' autonomous learning ability. According to the analysis of questionnaire data, this paper draws the results and problems of Chinese teaching guidance in the context of efficient classroom teaching in Yanji City, and probes into the ways to improve the teaching guidance of Chinese teachers. This paper mainly covers five parts, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of the research, the current situation, the scope and methods of the research and defines the main concepts; The second chapter mainly explains the theoretical basis of the study and the requirements of the New Curriculum Standard and the outline; the third chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of Chinese guidance in Yanji No. 12 Middle School under the background of efficient classroom. The fifth chapter combines theory with practice and puts forward some suggestions to improve the problems in Chinese teaching of Yanji No. 12 Middle School. From the investigation and research of this thesis, it is concluded that the implementation of Chinese teaching guidance under the high efficiency classroom has a long way to go. Schools and teachers are the main force in improving teachers' guiding level. Schools should increase the training of teachers and provide more communication platforms, etc. Teachers should strive to improve their own cultural quality and teaching level so as to achieve high efficiency in efficient classroom.
