青岛市农村中小学教师专业发展现状、问题及对策研究

【摘要】:随着教育改革不断深化,提高教育质量成为新时期教育发展的战略主题。农村中小学教育质量受到的关注度日益提高,而提高农村中小学教育质量关键是促进农村中小学教师专业的发展,进而提高农村教师队伍的整体素质。本研究通过文献检索了解中国农村教师专业发展的现状及问题。在此基础上,运用问卷调查和访谈的形式,对青岛市农村教师专业发展现状进行调查。研究从教育理想信念、专业知识、专业能力三个方面了解青岛市农村中小学教师专业发展的现状,并从性别、学段、年龄结构、学历层次和职称五个方面进行了差异分析,最后从教育系统方面、学校层面以及教师个人层面三个维度提出了相应的建议:相关部门要加大对农村教师专业发展的经费和师资力量的补充,为农村教师的专业发展创造良好的外部条件。学校方面要不断完善管理和评价机制,营造浓厚的专业发展氛围。农村教师要转变观念、发挥自身的主观能动性,提高自身专业发展水平。期待本研究能够为青岛地区政府部门的决策提供借鉴,为青岛地区的农村中小学教师正确认识自我,提高自身专业发展水平提供建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, improving the quality of education has become the strategic theme of educational development in the new period. The quality of primary and secondary education in rural areas is getting more and more attention, and the key to improve the quality of primary and secondary education in rural areas is to promote the professional development of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools, and then to improve the overall quality of teachers in rural areas. Through literature retrieval, the present situation and problems of rural teachers' professional development in China are studied. On the basis of this, the present situation of rural teachers' professional development in Qingdao is investigated by questionnaire and interview. The present situation of teachers' professional development in rural primary and secondary schools in Qingdao is understood from three aspects of educational ideal and belief, professional knowledge and professional ability, and the differences are analyzed from five aspects: gender, school stage, age structure, educational level and professional title. Finally, from the aspects of the education system, the school level and the teachers' personal level, the corresponding suggestions are put forward: the relevant departments should increase the funding for rural teachers' professional development and supplement the teachers' strength. To create good external conditions for the professional development of rural teachers. Schools should constantly improve the management and evaluation mechanism to create a strong professional development atmosphere. Rural teachers should change their ideas, give play to their subjective initiative and improve their professional development level. It is expected that this study can be used for reference in the decision-making of government departments in Qingdao area, and provide suggestions for teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Qingdao to correctly understand themselves and improve their professional development level.
