高考志愿选择行为的影响因素研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育市场竞争的不断加剧,人们对高考的关注力度也在不断增加。学生如何选择高考志愿及高校如何选拔到优秀的生源成为了新形势下亟待解决的问题。因此,高考志愿选择行为的影响因素研究为解决此问题提供了途径,具有深远的现实意义及理论意义。通过梳理国内外相关文献,根据研究需要,编制了《高考志愿选择行为的影响因素调查问卷》,将问卷发放给八所院校的1800余名大一学生进行随机调查,利用统计软件SPSS21.0进行相关分析,并辅之以个案访谈,使文章更加充实。本研究从学生高三时对高考志愿选择的情况、最终高考志愿选择情况、高考志愿填报流程几个方面来分析高考志愿选择行为现状。发现在高三时学生偏向于根据自己的兴趣爱好选择高考志愿,而在最终选择时会有很多同学放弃自己的兴趣爱好,听从父母的决定;在最终选择高考志愿时,比刚上高三时,对自己的高考志愿更加明确;在对所选择的高考志愿的满意程度上只有35%的学生对自己的选择较为满意;大多数学生是在高三时才了解高考志愿填报流程;所收集的招生信息主要是从老师、网络、家人等方面获取。把37个变量通过因子分析和研究需要划分为个人因素、家庭因素、高校因素、国家社会因素、经济因素五个因素。通过描述性分析统计,表明学生在个人因素中最注重“高考成绩”;在家庭因素中最注重“父母期望”;在高校因素中最注重“就业情况”;在国家社会因素中最注重“就业形势”;在经济因素中最注重“学费、生活费”。通过单因素方差分析、独立样本T检验,表明高考志愿选择的影响因素在被调查者的性别、城乡、民族、高校等方面都具有显著差异,而在年龄和生源地上无显著差异。在性别差异上,女生比男生更加关注影响因素;在城乡差异上,农村学生更加关注经济因素,而城市学生更加关注个人因素;在民族差异上,少数民族比汉族更加关注影响因素。通过上述分析,提出了相关建议。高校与学生家长及高中老师建立起长期关系;加强政府在经济援助方面措施的宣传;为学生毕业后提供良好的就业环境;增设辅导老师和选修课;加强教育宣传及职业生涯规划教育;学生理性选择高考志愿,切忌从众和盲目选择。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in higher education market, people pay more attention to college entrance examination. How to choose college entrance examination and how to select excellent students has become a problem to be solved in the new situation. Therefore, the study of influencing factors of college entrance examination voluntary choice behavior provides a way to solve this problem, which has far-reaching practical and theoretical significance. Through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, according to the need of research, we compiled the questionnaire of influencing factors of College entrance examination Voluntary Choice behavior, and distributed the questionnaire to more than 1800 freshmen in eight colleges for random investigation. Using the statistical software SPSS21.0 to carry on the correlation analysis, and supplemented by the case interview, makes the article more substantial. This study analyzes the present situation of college entrance examination voluntary choice from the aspects of students' voluntary choice of college entrance examination in senior high school, the final situation of voluntary choice of college entrance examination, and the process of filling out the voluntary choice of college entrance examination. It is found that in senior three students tend to choose college entrance examination according to their own interests and hobbies, while many students give up their interests and follow their parents' decision when they finally choose; when they finally choose to take the college entrance examination, they are more likely than when they first go to senior three. Only 35% of the students were satisfied with their choice of the college entrance examination volunteers, most of the students only understood the process of filling out the college entrance examination volunteers in the third year of senior high school, and only 35% of the students were satisfied with their choice of the college entrance examination volunteers. The information collected is mainly from teachers, networks, family and other aspects. Through factor analysis and research, 37 variables are divided into five factors: personal factor, family factor, college factor, national social factor and economic factor. Through descriptive analysis and statistics, it is shown that students pay most attention to "college entrance examination results" in personal factors, "parents' expectations" in family factors, "employment situation" in college and university factors; In the national social factors most pay attention to the "employment situation"; in the economic factors most pay attention to "tuition, living expenses". By means of single factor variance analysis and independent sample T test, it shows that there are significant differences in sex, urban and rural areas, nationalities, universities and so on, but there is no significant difference in age and origin of students. In terms of gender differences, girls pay more attention to influencing factors than boys; rural students pay more attention to economic factors, while urban students pay more attention to personal factors; in terms of ethnic differences, rural students pay more attention to economic factors, while urban students pay more attention to personal factors. Ethnic minorities pay more attention to influencing factors than Han nationality. Through the above analysis, some suggestions are put forward. Colleges and universities establish long-term relations with parents and teachers of students; strengthen the publicity of the government's financial assistance measures; provide a good employment environment for students after graduation; add additional tutors and elective courses; Strengthen education publicity and career planning education, students rationally choose the college entrance examination voluntary, should not follow the crowd and blind choice.
