【摘要】：2013年12月23日中央办公厅印发《关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见》,从三个层面把社会主义核心价值观概括为24个字,即国家层面:富强、民主、文明、和谐;社会层面:自由、平等、公正、法治;个人层面:爱国、敬业、诚信、友善。“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”是个人层面上社会主义核心价值观的一种凝练,是我国社会主义社会公民的价值引领、价值追求和价值规范。其中,友善作为公民的价值规范,为高中生友善价值观的培育提供了根本指引,应成为高中生的价值追求。高中生作为祖国的未来、民族的希望和中国特色社会主义事业的生力军,他们能否树立社会主义核心价值观事关社会主义事业的前途和命运。因此,本文选取高中生作为研究对象,从高中生和教师两部分着手,深入实地调研,对高中生友善价值观教育进行深入研究,并根据调查结果发现:高中生友善价值观及其教育状况存在亟待解决的问题;教师对友善价值观认知存在偏差;教师友善价值观的示范作用弱。基于调查发现存在的问题,本文从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个方面分析影响高中生友善价值观形成及教育的原因,并在此基础上,从高中生身心发展规律出发,并结合调查中学高中部的实际,提出了高中生友善价值观教育的对策,即加强个人修养,发挥榜样示范作用,建立健全长效机制,培育良好的友善价值观环境。
[Abstract]:On December 23, 2013, the General Office of the Central Committee issued opinions on cultivating and practicing the socialist core values, which summarized the socialist core values into 24 words from three levels, namely, the national level: rich and strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious; Social level: freedom, equality, justice, rule of law; personal level: patriotic, professional, honest, friendly. "Patriotic, dedicated, honest and friendly" is a kind of condensed socialist core values on the personal level. It is the value guide, value pursuit and value norm of the citizens of socialist society in our country. Among them, friendliness, as the value norm of citizens, provides the basic guidance for the cultivation of high school students' friendly values, and should become the value pursuit of high school students. High school students as the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation and the new force of socialism with Chinese characteristics, whether they can set up the socialist core values is related to the future and destiny of the socialist cause. Therefore, this paper selects high school students as the research object, from the high school students and teachers two parts, in-depth field investigation, to high school students friendly values education in-depth research. According to the results of the investigation, it is found that there are some problems to be solved urgently in high school students' friendly values and their educational situation; teachers' cognition of friendly values is biased; and the demonstration of teacher-friendly values is weak. Based on the problems found in the investigation, this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the formation and education of high school students' friendly values from four aspects: individual, family, school and society, and on this basis, starting from the law of high school students' physical and mental development. Combined with the investigation of the high school department, the author puts forward the countermeasures of high school students' friendly values education, that is, to strengthen personal cultivation, to play an exemplary role, to establish and improve the long-term mechanism, and to foster a good environment of friendly values.
