中小学体育课时计划教学目标存在的问题及解决策略——以《第六届全国中小学优秀体育教学观摩展示活动教案集》为例

【摘要】：采用内容分析法等对《第六届全国中小学体育教学观摩展示活动教案集》中的38篇体育实践课教案的教学目标进行分析,结果发现:存在"教学目标"前置于"教学内容"、教学目标分类繁杂、目标难度大幅超过或低于新课标水平目标难度、目标表述混乱且不具体等问题;原因有:教师个人对教学目标设计不重视、对新课标及教学目标分类理论缺乏深入研究、对运动项目的个性教育价值挖掘不足及缺乏专业培训等。针对问题及原因,提出如下对策(1)转变对各级各类教学技能比赛的评价导向,有效提高体育教师对课时体育教学目标设计的重视程度;(2)进一步加强对新课标的钻研力度,尤其是加大对于"目标引领内容"的探讨;(3)进一步深入对教学目标编写理论的学习,不断提高体育教师的理论素养;(4)充分挖掘不同运动项目的个性化教育价值,使情感目标显性化。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the teaching objectives of 38 sports practice classes in the Sixth National Primary and Secondary School Physical Education Teaching , the author finds out that there are problems such as the difficulty of teaching target design , the difficulty of target classification and the lack of professional training , and the reasons are as follows : ( 1 ) To change the evaluation direction of the teaching skill competition at all levels , to effectively improve the teaching goal design ; ( 3 ) To further deepen the study of the teaching goal writing theory , to improve the theoretical accomplishment of the PE teachers , and ( 4 ) to fully exploit the personalized education value of the different sports programs , and make the emotional goals more flexible .
