中学生指长比与田径运动技能学习能力的关系研究

【摘要】:研究目的:研究显示人类第二根手指长度(Second Finger Length,2D)与第四根手指长度(Fourth Finger Length,4D)的比率(Digit Ratio of 2D and4D,2D:4D)与运动能力具有密切联系。不论性别是男是女,指长比与后天的发展没有关系。2D:4D是所表现出的睾酮浓度在出生前就已经定型,睾酮浓度会影响大脑右半球和空间认知能力。目前对人类指长比的研究最广泛的是2D:4D,这方面的研究已经被生物学领域重视。目前国际上对2D:4D有一定研究,而对2D:4D比值与运动技能关系研究报道甚少,特别是与田径运动技能的关系报导基本没有。运动技能的学习能力对于体育教学和竞技训练至关重要,因此研究2D:4D比值与运动技能学习的关系对提高学习运动技能的质量和效率具有十分重要的意义。为了验证假说,本研究调查了中学生的指长比,探索其与田径运动技能的学习能力的关系。调查对象:本研究在学校和学生知情同意下,在四川省彭州市选取了一所中学开展调查,学校总人数518人,排除有手部畸形、手指损伤者和相片不清晰者11人,总共有效人数507人。在有效人数中随机选取240人(男女各120人),随机分成6组,每组40(男女各20)人,进行技能学习与测评。技评等级标准评分为A(100—90分)、B(89—80分)、C(79—70分)、D(69—60分)、E(60分以下)五个等级。研究方法:学生手指自然伸直,五指靠拢,双手贴在3mm厚玻璃上,手掌中写上学生姓名,用乐视2s手机,在玻璃另一面拍下整个掌面。然后在电脑上用Photoshop CS5测量手指长,量出左右手的2D和4D长度(从最接近掌心的手指折痕中点到手指顶端)。以跑类:摆臂、小步跑、后蹬腿;跳类:起跳;投掷类:脚步为训练内容,每次的教学完,学生练习时间为10min,随后马上进行技评。采用SPSS经行数据处理分析。研究结果:1.跳:起跳(踏板)动作技评等级A组的男、女右手指长比(RR)与技评成绩相关系数分别是㧟0.930和㧟0.842,显著性检验,P=0.000和P=0.000,P0.01,存在高度相关性。起跳(踏板)动作技评等级A组的男、女左手指长比(LR)与技评成绩相关系数分别是㧟0.843和㧟0.792,显著性检验,P=0.000和P=0.000,P0.01,存在高度相关性和中度相关性。研究结果显示,男生和女生指长比(RR、LR)越低,所对应的(踏板)成功数越高,技评成绩越好,即运动技能学习能力越好。男、女生右手指长比(RR)与运动技能学习能力存在负相关性。2.跑:(1)摆臂技评等级A组的男、女生右手指长比(RR)与技评成绩相关系数分别是㧟0.709,㧟0.733,显著性检验,P=0.000,P=0.000,P0.01,都存在中度相关性。(2)小步跑技评等级A组的男、女右手指长比(RR)与技评成绩相关系数分别是㧟0.694,㧟0.468,显著性检验,P=0.001,P0.01和P=0.037,P0.05,存在中度相关性和低度相关性。(3)后蹬跑技评等级A组的男、女右手指长比(RR)与技评成绩相关系数分别是㧟0.461和㧟0.483,显著性检验,P=0.041,P=0.031,P0.05,都存在低度相关性。研究结果显示,男、女生右手指长比(RR)越低,所对应的动作技评成绩越好,即运动技能学习能力越好。男、女生右手指长比(RR)与运动技能学习能力存在负相关性。3.投掷:在投掷技评等级A组男、女生的右手指长比(RR)分别与技评成绩相关系数分别是㧟0.843,㧟0.792,显著性检验,P=0.000,P=0.000,P0.01,存在高度相关性和中度相关性。研究结果显示,男、女生的右手指长比(RR)越低对应的投掷技评成绩越好,即运动技能学习能力越好。男、女生右手指长比(RR)与运动技能学习能力存在负相关性。结论:在田径项目中,无论是径赛(跑),还是田赛(跳、投)项目,尤其是在跳项目中,技评等级A组男、女生右手指长比(RR)越低,动作技评成绩越好,学习能力越好。由此推断出,男、女的右手指长比(RR)越低,运动技能学习效率越高,与运动技能学习能力越好,所以指长比(2D:4D)与田径运动技能学习能力存在负相关性。
