高中英语实习教师课堂反馈语的调查研究

【摘要】:教师话语作为课堂教学的语言载体和学生学习的目标,一直受到国内外许多学者的广泛关注。教师反馈语作为教师话语的重要组成部分,是指教师在提出问题之后,对学生的应答所作出的言语反应。它不仅是教师与学生互动的重要工具,反映学生回答的状况以及对目标语的掌握情况,为进一步学习指明了努力方向,同时也被看作是学生语言输入的重要来源。因此它在提高课堂教学效果和学习者的语言习得过程中起着至关重要的作用。本研究以语言输入假设、语言输出假设以及交互假设为理论指导试图对高中英语实习教师的课堂反馈语进行个案研究,笔者通过对4名实习教师进行课堂观察,调查和分析出实习教师课堂反馈语的使用频次和使用类型,同时通过对207名学生发放调查问卷进一步调查学生对教师反馈语的态度和偏好。期望给以后的实习教师在课堂反馈语方面一些启示,进一步的提高教学效果。本文研究的主要问题是:1.当前高中英语实习教师课堂反馈语的使用现状怎样?(实习教师反馈语的类型和使用频次)2.学生对实习教师反馈语存在什么样的态度和偏好?经过对高中英语实习教师反馈语的研究,主要发现有:1.随着新课程那个改革的的推进和发展,教师在课堂教学中越来越意识到课堂反馈语的重要作用,使用反馈语的次数也越来越多,类型也越来越丰富多样化。2.教师反馈语呈现多样化的趋势,但是教师较多使用的是简单积极反馈、重复和评价等简单的反馈,安慰鼓励和引导这类的反馈语使用次数不足。3.学生更多的希望教师能够多多鼓励引导自己,这对教师也提出了更高的要求。通过对本文研究结果的深入分析,给当前高中英语实习教师在教师反馈的使用方面提出以下几点建议:1.实习教师应该充分意识到教师反馈语在课堂中的重要作用。2.教师应该不断改进和提升自己反馈的使用质量,做到深入的了解各类型的反馈语,以便能够在课堂中灵活的运用课堂反馈语。3.重视混合型反馈语的使用,尤其是鼓励安慰加引导这类反馈语。4.实习教师应该深入的了解学生对教师反馈的偏好,根据学生的不同需求,适当的作出调整,以满足学生的需要。5.实习教师应该从自身出发,充分的了解自己的优缺点,不断的提高自身的实力。
[Abstract]:As the language carrier of classroom teaching and the target of students' learning, teacher talk has been widely concerned by many scholars at home and abroad. Teacher feedback, as an important part of teacher talk, refers to the teacher's response to students' responses after asking questions. It is not only an important tool for the interaction between teachers and students, but also an important source of students' language input, reflecting the situation of students' answers and mastering the target language and pointing out the direction of further study. Therefore, it plays an important role in improving classroom teaching and learners' language acquisition. Under the guidance of language input hypothesis, language output hypothesis and interaction hypothesis, this study attempts to make a case study of classroom feedback of English intern teachers in senior high school. This paper investigates and analyzes the frequency and type of classroom feedback used by intern teachers, and further investigates students' attitudes and preferences towards teacher feedback by issuing questionnaires to 207 students. It is expected to give some inspiration to the future intern teachers in the classroom feedback language, and further improve the teaching effect. The main problem studied in this paper is 1: 1. What is the current situation of the use of classroom feedback for English intern teachers in senior high school? The type and frequency of intern teacher feedback. What kind of attitude and preference does the student have to the intern teacher's feedback? Through the study of English intern teachers' feedback language in senior high school, the main findings are as follows: 1. With the advancement and development of the new curriculum reform, teachers are becoming more and more aware of the important role of classroom feedback in classroom teaching, and the number of times of using feedback is increasing, and the types of feedback are becoming more and more diverse. Teacher feedback tends to be diversified, but teachers tend to use simple positive feedback, repetition, evaluation and other simple feedback, comfort, encourage and guide the use of such feedback is not enough. 3. Students expect more teachers to encourage and guide themselves, which puts forward higher requirements for teachers. Through an in-depth analysis of the results of this study, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the use of teacher feedback by current English intern teachers in senior high schools: 1. Trainee teachers should be fully aware of the important role of teacher feedback in the classroom. Teachers should constantly improve the use of their feedback and improve the quality of their use, so that in-depth understanding of the various types of feedback, in order to be able to flexibly use the classroom feedback. 3. Pay attention to the use of mixed feedback, especially to encourage comfort and guide such feedback. 4. Intern teachers should deeply understand students' preference for teacher feedback and make appropriate adjustments according to students' different needs in order to meet the needs of students. 5. Intern teachers should start from their own, fully understand their own strengths and weaknesses, constantly improve their own strength.
