社交媒体软件支持下的初中数学PF教学实践研究

【摘要】:有成效失败(Productive failure,PF)理论是由曼努·卡普尔(Manu Kapur)提出的一种学习设计理论。有成效失败是针对含有学生未学目标概念的新问题,为学生提供产生表达方式和提出解答方法的机会,然后在知识巩固和整合阶段进行目标概念学习的一种学习设计,这一概念包含四个本质属性:有成效(潜在成效)——失败中的“潜在成效”、失败——学生无法生成或发现正确答案、无认知指导/支架——在生成探究阶段不提供任何认知方面的指导/支架、延迟讲授——不把讲授作为教学作为第一步。这种教学方式相对直接讲授这种普遍认可广为使用的教学方式而言是一种流程和理念的颠覆,然而在我国,极少有学者对其关注,遑论应用于教学之中。在本研究中,研究者以有成效失败理论为指导,结合国外已有的PF教学设计和我国初中数学教学实际的需要,设计了社交媒体软件支持下的初中数学PF教学流程,制定了各个阶段师生参与的原则,并将这种教学方式应用于实际教学,意在通过课堂观察、交流访谈、学生作业、问卷调查、学生成绩分析等方式探究社交媒体软件支持下的PF教学对学生的解题方法多样性、学习兴趣、学习时间投入、认知负荷、学生成绩等方面的影响以及社交媒体软件在此教学中的应用价值。通过一学期的教学实践,研究者发现,社交媒体软件支持下的PF教学在学生学习时间投入无明显变化、认知负荷维持中等水平的情况下,使得学生的解答多样性增加、学习兴趣增加,并在几何教学中显现出较高的适应性与成效,同时在代数教学提高学生计算准确性上存在欠缺,并且造成了教师时间投入过多。此外,在本文中研究者对实践过程中社交媒体软件支持下的初中数学PF教学的每一步过程都进行了较为详尽的描述,包括生成探究活动的设计、学生生成的解答、教师的讲授方式、社交媒体软件的应用,并展示了完整的PF教学示例,希望在如实呈现研究者的工作的同时,也为其他研究者进行相关研究提供一定的参考与借鉴。由于研究时间有限、研究过程中所面临的诸多不利因素以及研究者自身的局限,本研究存在一定的不足。研究者期望能有相关学者和专业人士在对本文的批判和借鉴中,重视有成效失败的价值,深化这一理论的研究,完善PF教学方式,推动这一理论在我国教学中的应用。
[Abstract]:The theory of productive failure (PFN) is a learning design theory proposed by Manu Kapururu, Manu Kapuru. A productive failure is a learning design that addresses new questions that contain concepts of goals that students do not learn, provide students with the opportunity to produce expressions and solutions, and then learn the concept of goals at the stage of knowledge consolidation and integration. The concept contains four essential attributes: effectiveness (potential effectiveness), "potential effectiveness" in failure, failure-students can not generate or find the correct answer, No Cognitive guidance / Stent-does not provide any cognitive guidance / scaffolding in the generative inquiry phase, delays teaching-does not take instruction as the first step. This teaching method is relatively direct teaching this widely used teaching method is a kind of process and idea subversion, but in our country, few scholars pay attention to it, let alone apply it in teaching. In this study, guided by the theory of effective failure, combining the existing PF teaching design of foreign countries and the actual needs of junior high school mathematics teaching in our country, the researcher designed the teaching flow of junior high school mathematics PF supported by social media software. The principles of teachers and students' participation in each stage are formulated, and this teaching method is applied to practical teaching, which is intended to be conducted through classroom observation, exchange of interviews, student assignments, questionnaires, This paper explores the diversity of problem-solving methods, interest in learning, time investment, cognitive load of PF teaching supported by social media software. The influence of student achievement and the application value of social media software in this teaching. Through a semester of teaching practice, the researchers found that social media software-supported PF teaching had no significant change in students' study time and maintained a moderate level of cognitive load, which increased the diversity of students' solutions. The interest of learning increases, and it shows higher adaptability and effect in geometry teaching. At the same time, there are some deficiencies in algebra teaching to improve the accuracy of students' calculation, which results in too much time being spent by teachers. In addition, in this paper, the researcher gives a detailed description of each step of mathematics PF teaching in junior high school supported by social media software in practice, including the design of generating inquiry activities, the solution generated by students. The teaching methods of teachers, the application of social media software, and the complete PF teaching examples are presented. It is hoped that while presenting the work of the researchers truthfully, it will also provide some reference for other researchers to carry out relevant research. Due to the limited research time, many unfavorable factors in the research process and the limitations of the researchers themselves, there are some shortcomings in this study. The researchers hope that some scholars and professionals will attach importance to the value of failure in the criticism and reference of this paper, deepen the research of this theory, perfect the teaching method of PF, and promote the application of the theory in teaching in our country.
