高中班主任管理风格对班级凝聚力影响研究

【摘要】：促进学生健康成长是班主任的主要工作,是班级管理的重要目标。凝聚力高的班级有利于学生的成长和发展,但现在普通高中班级的凝聚力普遍不高,有提升空间,本文主要从班级管理的角度,探讨如何完善和改进班主任管理风格去提高班级的凝聚力。本研究综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对江门市新会东方红中学高三级的班级凝聚力的现状进行调查和分析,并结合本年级的班主任管理风格,分析班主任管理风格对班级凝聚力的影响。本研究主要从班级规章制度的认同、班级目标的一致、师生关系和谐程度、同学关系和谐程度、学生的团体意识五个维度进行班级凝聚力的现状调查,发现班级管理制度的落实情况、班级目标的达成情况、学生团体意识影响班级凝聚力。同时探讨了民主型、专制型、放任型三种管理风格的班主任所带的班的凝聚力情况,发现民主型管理风格所带的班的凝聚力最高,专制型管理风格带的班的凝聚力一般,放任型管理风格带的班的凝聚力是最差的。针对调查结果,提出完善和改进管理风格,提高班级凝聚力的建议。本研究的价值在于探讨了班主任管理风格对班级凝聚力的影响,并针对三种管理风格提出相应的建议,在实践中为普通高中的班主任如何完善自己的管理风格,建设凝聚力高的班级提供一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Promoting the healthy growth of students is the main work of class teachers and an important goal of class management. A class with high cohesion is conducive to the growth and development of students, but the cohesion of ordinary high school classes is generally not high, and there is room for improvement. This paper mainly from the perspective of class management, This paper discusses how to perfect and improve the management style of the class teacher to improve the cohesion of the class. This study synthetically uses the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method and so on research method, carries on the investigation and the analysis to the Jiangmen city Xinhui Dongfanghong middle school high grade class cohesive force present situation, and unifies this grade the class teacher management style, Analyze the influence of management style of class teacher on class cohesion. The present situation of class cohesion is investigated from the following five dimensions: the identification of class rules and regulations, the consistency of class objectives, the harmonious degree of teacher-student relationship, the harmonious degree of student relationship, and the students' group consciousness. It is found that the implementation of the class management system, the achievement of the class objectives and the students' group consciousness affect the cohesion of the class. At the same time, it discusses the cohesion of the class brought by the class teachers with democratic, autocratic and laissez-faire management styles, and finds out that the cohesion of the classes brought by the democratic management style is the highest, and the cohesion of the class with the autocratic management style is general. Class cohesion with laissez-faire management style is the worst. According to the investigation results, the author puts forward some suggestions to perfect and improve the management style and improve the cohesion of class. The value of this study is to explore the influence of the management style of the head teacher on the cohesion of the class, and to put forward corresponding suggestions on the three management styles, in order to improve the management style of the class teacher in the ordinary senior high school in practice. Building a cohesive class provides a certain reference value.
