基于馆校结合的科学教师培训初步研究

【摘要】:“馆校结合”是非正式教育机构参与科学教育改革与发展的重要模式。从国际视角来看,其已在世界教育科学研究上广为流行。我国新课程改革已经势如破竹地走过了十多个年头,在收获与反思的今天,我们应直面国内严峻挑战,借鉴国际科学教育改革实践经验,深入研究以“馆校结合”为路径的科学教师专业培训模式。国内现代化科技场馆的不断发展壮大为广大“准科学教师”(科学教育专业师范生)和在职科学教师专业水平的综合提升开创了发展平台。在此背景下,本研究从科学教师专业发展需要同科技场馆培训资源及非正式教育特色相结合的视角,探索馆校合作模式下的科学教师培训,以期丰富科学教师专业发展途径,从而进一步完善科学教师培训机制。据此提高教师质量,促进科学教育改革与发展,助力我国科学教育水平在国际教坛上的弯道超越。本文由五部分组成:第一部分,主要围绕科学教师专业发展亟待完善的现实需要和综合科技场馆的快速发展的社会背景,说明利用科技场馆资源开展科学教师培训活动研究的目的和意义,阐明主要研究方法与依据。第二部分,利用国内外以科学教师专业发展和科学教育改革为主题的研究文献展开综述,搜集和整理近15年来我国科学教师专业发展在新一轮课程改革中表现出的突出问题,从专业知识与技能、专业精神与社会发展和专业培养机制三个基本层面分析其发展问题。同科技场馆的培训资源优势相对比,说明馆校结合培训模式的优点和意义。第三部分,从国际比较的视角,总结当前国内外科技馆中的科学教师培训经验。分析馆校结合培训模式施行的一般策略,从而得到相应启示以指导实践研究。第四部分,从科技馆中科学教师培训活动的目的、实施、测量与评估等环节初步探究和分析活动开发的原则与策略,通过案例实验验证馆校结合培训的有效性。第五部分是结论与展望。
[Abstract]:Library-school combination is an important mode for non-formal educational institutions to participate in the reform and development of science education. From the international point of view, it has been widely popular in the world educational science research. The new curriculum reform of our country has gone through more than ten years. Today, we should face up to the severe challenges in our country and learn from the practical experience of international science education reform. This paper deeply studies the mode of science teachers' professional training based on the combination of library and school. The continuous development of modern science and technology stadiums in China has opened up a development platform for the comprehensive promotion of the professional level of the "quasi science teachers" (normal students majoring in science education) and the in-service science teachers. In this context, from the perspective of the need of science teachers' professional development, the training resources of science and technology venues and the characteristics of non-formal education, this study explores the training of science teachers under the cooperation mode of libraries and schools, in order to enrich the approaches to the professional development of science teachers. In order to further improve the training mechanism of science teachers. Therefore, the quality of teachers should be improved, the reform and development of science education should be promoted, and the level of science education in China should be surpassed in the international teaching circle. This paper is composed of five parts: the first part mainly focuses on the needs of science teachers' professional development and the social background of the rapid development of science and technology venues. The purpose and significance of the research on the training activities of science teachers using the resources of science and technology stadiums are explained, and the main research methods and basis are expounded. The second part, using the domestic and foreign scientific teacher professional development and science education reform as the theme of research literature to launch a summary, collect and sort out the recent 15 years of science teacher professional development in the new round of curriculum reform showed outstanding problems. The development of professional knowledge and skills, professional spirit and social development and professional training mechanism are analyzed. Compared with the advantages of training resources of science and technology venues, the advantages and significance of the combination of library and school training mode are explained. The third part, from the perspective of international comparison, summarizes the current experience of science teacher training in science and technology museums at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the general strategies of library and school combined with training mode, and obtains the corresponding enlightenment to guide the practical research. In the fourth part, the aim, implementation, measurement and evaluation of the training activities of science teachers in science and technology museum are discussed and analyzed, and the effectiveness of the training is verified by case study. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.
