体育教师语言反馈类型与学生积极情感激发的关系研究

【摘要】：体育课是学生掌握运动技巧的重要来源,体育课的目的除了传授学生学会运动技能提高学生的身体素质,更重要的是培养学生终身运动的意识,而培养学生的运动兴趣,使其热爱运动享受运动,学生自然而然的便会形成这种终身运动的意识。然而,体育课的授课过程离不开老师的语言表达,语言的产生、发展和应用即成了一种维系人与自然,人与社会人与人之间相关关系的媒介和促进人类社会繁荣与进步的根本基因。体育教师在教学的过程中能否简单明了的表达出自己的思想,是否能够通过自己的语言激发学生的想象力,教学的内容能否达到预期的效果等,都将影响到学生本身对于体育课的看法跟观点,进而影响学生对体育运动兴趣的养成。通过文献资料法及专家访谈法发现教室的语言反馈主要分为积极反馈和消极反馈,而积极反馈又可分为鼓励指向型反馈类型、接纳指向型反馈类型、好评指向型反馈类型和挑战指向型反馈类型四种反馈类型。基于该分类方法以及参考了华中师范大学杨帆的硕士论文中调查问卷的题目设计,设计出本文使用的调查问卷,经过导师组内讨论、修改和专家验证信度后对东北师大附中高中部300名随机抽取的学生进行调查,并对结果进行了统计分析。最后得出结论该校体育教师的语言反馈以积极反馈为主,积极的语言反馈也更能激发学生的积极情感进而激发学生的运动兴趣,四种不同的积极反馈类型各有受众,在不同的情境下教师应灵活运用。
[Abstract]:Physical education is an important source for students to master sports skills. The purpose of physical education is not only to teach students to learn sports skills to improve students' physical fitness, but also to cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong movement, and to cultivate students' interest in sports. So that they love sports enjoy sports, students will naturally form this life-long movement consciousness. However, the teaching process of physical education can not be separated from the teacher's language expression, and the generation, development and application of language become a kind of maintenance of human and nature. The media of the relationship between man and society and the fundamental gene of promoting the prosperity and progress of human society. Whether PE teachers can express their ideas simply and clearly in the process of teaching, whether they can arouse students' imagination through their own language, whether the contents of the teaching can achieve the expected results, etc. Will affect the students' own views and views on physical education, and then affect the formation of students' interest in sports. Through literature and expert interviews, it is found that the classroom language feedback is mainly divided into positive feedback and negative feedback, and positive feedback can be divided into encouraging directed feedback type and accepting directed type feedback type. Positive feedback type and challenge type feedback type are four kinds of feedback types. Based on this classification method and referring to the topic design of the questionnaire in Yang Fan's master thesis of Central China normal University, the questionnaire used in this paper is designed and discussed by the tutor group. After modifying and verifying the reliability, 300 randomly selected students in Middle and High School of Northeast normal University were investigated, and the results were statistically analyzed. Finally, it is concluded that the language feedback of PE teachers in this school is mainly positive feedback, and the positive language feedback can stimulate students' positive emotion and then stimulate students' sports interest. Four different types of positive feedback have different audiences. Teachers should be flexible in different situations.
