承德市高中课外篮球活动的开展与影响因素分析

【摘要】：篮球运动在青少年群体开展广泛,项目特点可以全面提高学生身体素质,是学校体育必不可少的运动项目。在课外活动时间,学生跳脱课堂形式的束缚,参与到内容丰富、组织合理的篮球活动中,对于培养学生对篮球的兴趣,使其成为陪伴一生的一项运动爱好具有重要作用。本文以承德市高中课外篮球活动的开展情况为根本,寻找其主要因素,对学生运动爱好与专长的培养具有长远意义。本文在对承德市高中课外篮球活动开展现状的调查中采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、现场观摩法、数理统计法等多种研究方法,通过专家访谈确立影响因素,对承德市高中的1100名学生和11名体育教师的问卷数据进行整理,使用SPSS软件对影响因素数据进行因子分析,确定主要影响因素。得到如下结论:1、承德生市高中生课外篮球活动的参与形式主要为自由结伴参与,以这种形式参与的学生侧重篮球运动的健身性和娱乐性,选择有组织性参与的学生较少,他们希望通过教师的专业指导提升篮球知识与技能,这种方式更有助于篮球爱好与专长的养成。2、承德市高中男、女生在选择参与课外篮球活动的方式上存在明显差异,承德市高中女生参与课外篮球活动的方式主要为投篮、运球等简单的技术练习,不利于体会篮球更多的运动价值与意义,是导致女生参与率较低的原因之一。3、承德市高中生参与课外篮球活动的强度偏小,主要与参与方式的选择和每次的参与时间受限有关。4、承德市高中生对于参与课外篮球运动的场地主要为校内、外的免费场地,承德市的收费场地虽然设施条件更好,但收费标准过高,普通学生负担不起。5、承德市高中对课外篮球活动的组织管理工作存在较多问题,活动计划与制度建立不完善,导致全校性活动开展频率较低,且形式、内容单一,对班级性活动没有进行积极干预;场地设施存在安全隐患,实际使用情况紧张。参与课余篮球训练的男、女生比例不均,训练、竞赛经费紧张。6、课外篮球俱乐部在承德市高中处于萌芽阶段,只有三所学校开设,且学生参与率较低。7、影响承德市高中课外篮球活动开展的主要因素依次为管理实施因子、外在条件因子、教学因子、天气因子、体育态度因子、兴趣因子。根据影响承德市高中课外篮球活动开展的主要因素,提出以下建议:1、丰富学校课外篮球活动的组织形式,根据学生自身素质及运动能力划分组别,丰富篮球活动内容,以培养篮球运动兴趣为目的,侧重调动学生参与热情,提高参与率。2、增加资金投入,尽可能改善场地使用不足、存在安全隐患的问题,降低学生在运动中受伤的几率。根据承德地区的气候条件,针对雨、雪天气对室外篮球加盖风雨顶棚,降低因天气原因对课外篮球活动开展的影响。3、篮球项目教学过程中注重理论教学,丰富理论教学手段,以精彩的篮球赛事视频为例讲解篮球规则,并重视运动安全知识教育。4、加强学校教师的体育观念,纠正对那些对学校体育不够重视、存在偏见的校领导和教师的观念,尤其是像篮球这种具有身体接触的对抗性运动项目,不能仅仅因为存在受伤的风险就否定篮球运动给学生带来的价值。走出校门前,老师是除了家长以外对学生影响最大的人,如果每一位学校教师都能热爱体育运动,必然会强有力地推进学校体育的发展。
[Abstract]:Basketball sport is widely carried out in the youth group. The characteristics of the project can improve the physical quality of the students in an all-round way. It is an indispensable sport in school sports. In the extracurricular activities, the students jump off the bound of the class form, participate in the rich content and organize the reasonable basketball activities, in order to cultivate the students' interest in basketball and make them company. A lifelong hobby of sports plays an important role. This article is based on the development of the extracurricular basketball activities in Chengde high school, looking for the main factors, and has a long-term significance for the training of students' Sports Hobbies and specialties. In this paper, the literature method is adopted in the investigation of the present situation of the extracurricular basketball activities in high school in Chengde. Method, interview method, on-site observation method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through expert interviews to establish the influencing factors, the questionnaire data of 1100 students and 11 physical education teachers in Chengde high school, using SPSS software to analyze the factors of influencing factors and determine the main influencing factors. Chengde high school girls participate in extracurricular basketball activities mainly for shooting, dribbling and other simple technical exercises, is not conducive to understanding the more sports value and significance of basketball, is one of the reasons for the lower participation rate of girls. .3, the intensity of Chengde high school students' participation in extracurricular basketball activities is small, mainly related to the choice of participation and the limitation of time to participate in the time limited.4. Chengde high school students for extracurricular basketball sports are mainly in the school, outside the free site, Chengde City toll field, although the facilities are better, but the charge standard is too high, ordinary Students can not afford.5. There are many problems in the organization and management of extracurricular basketball activities in Chengde high school. The main factors affecting the extracurricular basketball activities in Chengde high school are the management implementation factor, external condition factor, teaching Factor, weather factor, sports attitude factor, interest factor.
