乡村中学英语教师职业行为中的适应性与非适应性

【摘要】：乡村地区的基础教育事业发展是我国现有教育事业发展的相对薄弱环节。这种薄弱不仅体现在各方面软硬条件的方面,还进而体现在教育教学质量、社会效应等各方面的效应上。改善这些效应的薄弱的切入点之一就是乡村教师,要切实增加和提高乡村地区基础教育的各方面效应就必须关注乡村教师,特别是乡村中学教师在职业活动中的适应与非适应问题。英语课程及学科在乡村中学中客观上面临着多方问题和困难,处于薄弱和弱势的境地中。面对乡村学校教育资源的贫乏、实际工作生活条件的相对不足以及其它一些问题,有部分乡村教师陷入了职业活动适应不良的困扰,这种情况在乡村英语教师身上显得尤为明显和突出。基于文献综述,可以发现关于乡村教师适应性行为反应的研究多集中于外部生存环境领域,研究视角相对单一,问题探讨不够深入。本文将研究视角指向于乡村中学英语教师,立足于乡村教育实际,关注英语教师在职业活动中面临的适应问题。本文采用属于质性研究方法的叙事研究方法对五位乡村中学英语教师的工作生活经历进行整理与分析。通过前人的相关研究对教师职业行为与教师适应问题进行再认识,明确两者对教育质量的影响,并确立本文的研究目的。之后,对所采用的质性研究方法中的叙事研究、材料收集过程以及质性材料的分析方法进行介绍。另外,讲述五位乡村中学英语教师的生活经历与择业初衷。本文核心部分是对所收集到的质性材料进行解读的部分,并在解读中分析且总结出适应性与非适应性的相关行为表现以及对引发适应性与非适应性问题的成因进行分析并讨论总结。最后,针对本文研究问题提出增强教师职业行为适应性与减弱教师职业行为非适应性的看法并阐述本研究存在的研究局限以及往后的研究构想。
[Abstract]:The development of basic education in rural areas is a relatively weak link in the development of education in China. This weakness is not only reflected in all aspects of soft and hard conditions, but also in the quality of education and teaching, social effects and other aspects of the effect. One of the weak cut-in points for improving these effects is rural teachers. In order to effectively increase and improve the effects of basic education in rural areas, attention must be paid to rural teachers. Especially the problem of adaptation and non-adaptation of rural middle school teachers in vocational activities. English courses and subjects are facing various problems and difficulties objectively in rural middle schools, and they are in a weak and weak position. In the face of the lack of educational resources in rural schools, the relative shortage of actual working and living conditions and some other problems, some rural teachers are beset by poor adaptation to vocational activities. This kind of situation appears particularly obvious and outstanding in the village English teacher body. Based on the literature review, it can be found that most of the researches on rural teachers' adaptive behavior response are concentrated in the field of external living environment, the perspective of research is relatively single, and the research on the problem is not deep enough. This paper focuses on the rural middle school English teachers, based on the reality of rural education, focusing on English teachers in vocational activities in the adaptation problem. This paper analyzes the working and living experiences of English teachers in five rural middle schools by using the narrative method of qualitative research. Based on the previous studies, the author makes a new understanding of teachers' professional behavior and teachers' adaptation, clarifies their influence on the quality of education, and establishes the purpose of this paper. Then, the narrative research, material collection process and qualitative material analysis are introduced. In addition, the five rural middle school English teachers' life experience and career choice intention. The core part of this paper is the interpretation of the material collected. The related behavior of adaptability and non-adaptability and the causes of causing adaptability and non-adaptability are analyzed and summarized in this paper. Finally, the author puts forward the view of enhancing the adaptability of teachers' professional behavior and weakening the non-adaptability of teachers' professional behavior, and expounds the limitations of the research and the research ideas in the future.
