河南省南召县高中体育选项课现状与发展对策研究

【摘要】:为贯彻“健康第一”体育教学指导思想,2003年上半年,我国教育部颁布了全日制普通高中各学科课程标准(实验),高中阶段的体育与健康课程标准得到了一次宝贵的重新修订的机会,并与各学科的课程标准同步颁布,于同年9月份在我国部分地区开始实施。在此背景下,我国各高中积极响应国家号召,实施素质教育,丰富相关课程,体育选项课这种新课型应运而生。对于高中体育选项课来说,学生能够结合自身兴趣来选择相关项目,并在专业教师的指导下,对该项目进行系统、全面、科学的学习,从运动理论、战术、技术等方面全面提升自身体育修养,为素质教育提倡的终身教育打下基础。本文以河南省南召县高中为例,结合相关的数据调查与分析,对高中体育选项课的开展现状深入研究,以期提高高中体育选项课教学水平,并为其它同类型学校提供借鉴。本文以河南省南召县高中体育选项课现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析河南省南召县高中体育选项课实施现状、效果、影响因素及对策,为河南省南召县高中体育选项课实施提出一定的建议,也为其他地区高中体育选项课发展提供一定的借鉴意义。研究结果如下:(1)通过对南召县高中体育选项课调查分析得出加强学校领导对选项课重视度,确立科学指导思想,合理安排课时,优化师资队伍,正确引导学生端正态度,激发学生锻炼积极性,建立科学的管理评价体系,有利于体育教学中学生综合素质提升。(2)在教学效果方面,选项课教学对学生的运动参与、技能掌握、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应方面都有着积极的影响。但在运动技能掌握质量方面传统体育课成绩高与选项课成绩是因为前者更注重教学过程的评价,容易快速提升成绩。在身体健康、社会适应中的同伴协作,交往品质方面与传统体育课相比差异不大,是因为体育活动本身魅力所在,与教学形式关系不大。(3)通过对影响体育选项课教学因素分析,加大体育经费投入,改善场馆、器材,合理配备“一专多能”师资队伍,健全内部管理体制,确立科学的教学组织、考核、评价体系,是进一步提升体育选项课教学的关键。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the guiding ideology of "health first" physical education, in the first half of 2003, The Ministry of Education of our country has promulgated the curriculum standard of every subject in the full-time ordinary high school (experiment), the curriculum standard of physical education and health in the senior middle school has been given a valuable opportunity to revise, and it has been promulgated synchronously with the curriculum standard of each subject. In September of the same year in parts of our country began to implement. Under this background, our country each high school positively responds to the national call, implements the quality education, enriches the related curriculum, the sports optional course this new curriculum pattern arises at the historic moment. For high school physical education optional classes, students can combine their own interests to choose relevant projects, and under the guidance of professional teachers, the project is studied systematically, comprehensively and scientifically, from sports theory to tactics, Technology and other aspects to improve their physical culture, quality education for the promotion of lifelong education lay the foundation. Taking Nanzhao County High School in Henan Province as an example, combining with the related data investigation and analysis, this paper makes a deep research on the present situation of PE optional course in senior high school, in order to improve the teaching level of PE optional course in senior high school and to provide reference for other schools of the same type. This paper takes the present situation of physical education option course in Nanzhao County, Henan Province as the research object, using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, and so on. This paper analyzes the present situation, effect, influencing factors and countermeasures of the implementation of the optional sports course in senior high school in Nanzhao County, Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the optional course in the senior high school in Nanzhao County, Henan Province. It also provides some reference for the development of PE optional courses in senior high schools in other regions. The research results are as follows: 1) through the investigation and analysis of the sports elective classes in Nanzhao County, we can conclude that the school leaders should pay more attention to the elective courses, establish scientific guiding ideology, rationally arrange the class hours, optimize the teaching staff, and correctly guide the students to correct their attitude. To stimulate the enthusiasm of students to exercise, to establish a scientific management evaluation system is beneficial to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality in physical education teaching. In teaching effect, the optional course teaching can help students to participate in sports, master their skills, be healthy and mentally healthy. Social adaptation has a positive impact. But in the aspect of mastering the quality of sports skills, the traditional PE class scores are high because the former pays more attention to the evaluation of the teaching process, and it is easy to improve the results quickly. In terms of physical health, peer cooperation in social adaptation, and communication quality, there is little difference between PE class and traditional PE class, because physical activity itself is attractive and has little relationship with teaching form. It is the key to further improve the teaching of optional courses of physical education to increase the input of sports funds, improve the facilities and equipment, reasonably equip the teaching staff with "one specialty and many abilities", perfect the internal management system, establish a scientific teaching organization, examination and evaluation system.
