广元市中小学体育课程发展现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】:以四川省广元市的中小学为例,运用访谈法、文献资料法、数据统计法、抽样方法和问卷调查法等科研方法对制约和影响广元市中小学体育课程发展的因素做了分析并得出了以下的结论:1.各学校之间发展不平衡且差距较大,重点中小学的体育课程教育质量要显著的好于非重点的中小学。2.广元市中小学体育教师虽然整体素质较强,专业性强,但是却缺乏必要的科研能力,体育教学和一般的课程的教学一样,需要体育教师的探索和创新能力,在教学的过程中发现问题,解决问题,因地制宜,因材施教。3.目前就广元市中小学体育课程而言,一线老师对教学的内容并没有非常明确的概念。另外,教学评价往往流于形式行政化色彩比较严重,所以难以得到准确的教学反馈,从而不利于教学质量的改良。4.根据调查的结果来分析,广元市中小学的课外的体育活动的情况相对来说较为乐观,很多的学校开发的都很优秀,还有一部分学校开展了具有新形式的内容,因此,在课外体育活动中,学生们出现了前所未有的热情,这种热爱程度以至于超出了体育课。5.广元市重点中小学中的体育教学的设备相对来说比较全面,这一点符合新教学大纲的目标。很多的非重点的学校的状况不容乐观,他们的体育设备的设置没有符合新课标训练的要求,并且不管是重点学校还是非重点学校的老师,他们都普遍缺少开发课程资源的意识,并且时间和财力的支持力度远远不够。6.广元市中小学中的体育与健康课程的课程培训的开发的结果不是很乐观。很多的体育老师虽然参与过既定形式的短期培训,由于培训的方式的单一化和培训时间的短暂化,使得这种培训并没有发挥较好的效果。7.根据对R-型因子的综合分析,我们得出了以下结论:在当前,课程特性,教室的态度及自身的态度,教师素质,课程资源与课程培训,领导关注,校园文化及社会环境等8种原因是影响目前广元市初中体育与健康课程实施的主要原因。最后,从课程特性、教师态度、自身素质、课程资源、课程培训、领导关注、校园文化和社会环境等八个方面分析了广元市中小学体育与健康课程发展现状,它的目的在于通过本文的研究,让广元市中小学体育工作者能够重视以上的问题,并且能够在后面的教学实践中,充分的利用与开发课程的相关资源,不断改进体育教学,促进广元市中小学体育课程的发展。
[Abstract]:Taking the primary and middle schools in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province as an example, using the methods of interview, literature and data statistics, This paper analyzes the factors that restrict and influence the development of physical education curriculum in primary and middle schools in Guangyuan City by sampling method and questionnaire method, and draws the following conclusion: 1. The development of each school is unbalanced and the gap is large. The quality of physical education in key primary and middle schools is significantly better than that in non-key primary and secondary schools. Although the physical education teachers of primary and middle schools in Guangyuan city have strong quality and professionalism, they lack the necessary scientific research ability. As with the teaching of general courses, physical education teaching needs the exploration and innovation ability of physical education teachers. In the process of teaching to find problems, solve problems, according to local conditions, teaching according to their aptitude. At present, as far as the physical education curriculum of primary and secondary schools in Guangyuan City is concerned, the teachers have no very clear concept of the content of teaching. In addition, the evaluation of teaching is often more serious than the form of administrative color, so it is difficult to get accurate teaching feedback, which is not conducive to the improvement of teaching quality. According to the results of the investigation, the situation of extracurricular sports activities in primary and secondary schools in Guangyuan City is relatively optimistic. Many schools have developed excellent ones, and some schools have developed new forms of content. In extracurricular sports activities, students have an unprecedented enthusiasm, this love beyond physical education. 5. The equipment of physical education teaching in key primary and middle schools in Guangyuan is relatively comprehensive, which accords with the goal of the new syllabus. The situation of many non-key schools is not optimistic. Their sports equipment does not meet the training requirements of the new curriculum standard, and whether it is key schools or teachers in non-key schools, they generally lack the awareness of developing curriculum resources. And time and financial support is far from enough. The development of curriculum training for physical education and health in primary and secondary schools in Guangyuan City is not very optimistic. Although many physical education teachers have participated in the established form of short-term training, due to the training of the single way and the short duration of training, this kind of training has not played a better effect. Based on the comprehensive analysis of R- type factors, we draw the following conclusions: at present, curriculum characteristics, classroom attitude and attitude, teachers' quality, curriculum resources and curriculum training, leaders pay attention to, Campus culture and social environment are the main reasons that affect the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in Guangyuan junior high school. Finally, from the curriculum characteristics, teachers' attitude, self-quality, curriculum resources, curriculum training, leadership concern, campus culture and social environment, this paper analyzes the current situation of physical education and health curriculum development in primary and secondary schools in Guangyuan. The purpose of this paper is to make the sports workers in primary and middle schools in Guangyuan pay attention to the above problems, and in the later teaching practice, make full use of and develop the relevant resources of the curriculum, and constantly improve the physical education teaching. To promote the development of physical education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in Guangyuan City.
