昆明市中学校园足球开展情况及发展构想研究

【摘要】：足球在现如今深受全世界人们的欢迎和喜爱,并且也深受中学生喜爱。中学生的年龄介于儿童与成人之间,并正值青春期,他们的生理和心理比小学生都有了较大的发展与提升,这个时期的孩子独立性发展快,但依赖性也很明显,是成长中极为关键的阶段。这一阶段的学生朝气蓬勃、精力充沛,并且对体育运动的需求不再仅仅是像小学生那样停留在游戏玩耍上,而是要追求刺激,激烈,并且更加喜欢对抗、竞争。足球运动本身所具有的竞技性与身体之间的对抗性正能符合这一阶段的中学生需求。纵观足球强国的发展历程表明:一个国家只有在具备系统、完善的足球人才培养体系情况之下,才能够培养出更好、更多的优秀足球竞技人才,并且在世界的足坛里占据一席之地。2016年,昆明开始举办青少年足球比赛,在本论文的具体研究中,笔者的主要研究对象就是当年所有参赛的18所中学。在具体的研究过程中,主要选择使用文献资料法以及问卷调查法为主,同时综合辅以实地考察法以及数理统计法和逻辑分析法等等,重点针对昆明市中学校园足球的实际发展状况开展研究,分别从软硬件设施的配备、学校以及家长对于足球运动的重视程度等方面开展详细分析,探求其中主要影响因素,并为其日后的发展提供具有针对性的促进举措。对于我国未来的青少年足球发展事业而言,既是对培养模式的完善与拓展,同时对于其在边疆地区的顺利推广与发展具有非常显著的现实意义。笔者在经过调研之后从实际出发,为科学的发展昆明市中学校园足球活动提出了一些建议构想:1.构建一个完善的校园足球竞赛体制;2.改善校园足球专业人才的招聘制度,提高校园足球运动教练员的整体素质;3.建立“一条龙”培养体系;4.拓展保险种类,开发专项保险。通过以上的对策,希望能对昆明市储备运动人才的培养和校园足球活动未来的发展给予一定的帮助。

The age of middle school students is between children and adults, and they are in adolescence. Their physical and psychological development is much higher than that of primary school students. Students in this stage are energetic and energetic, and the demand for sports is no longer just to stay in the game and play like elementary school students, but to pursue stimulation, intense, and more like confrontation, competition. The competition of football itself and the antagonism between body and body can meet the needs of middle school students at this stage. The development course of football powerful country shows that only when a country has a systematic and perfect football talent training system can it cultivate better and more excellent football competitive talents. In 2016, Kunming began to host youth football competitions. In this paper, the main research object of this paper is all the 18 middle schools that participated in the competition. In the specific research process, the main choice is to use the method of literature and questionnaire, and the method of field investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, etc. Focusing on the actual development of secondary school football in Kunming, respectively from the hardware and software facilities, schools and parents of football attention to the level of detailed analysis, to explore the main factors, And for its future development to provide targeted promotion measures. For the future development of juvenile football in China, it is not only the perfection and expansion of the training mode, but also has a very significant practical significance for its smooth promotion and development in the border areas. After investigation and investigation, the author puts forward some suggestions for the scientific development of football activities in Kunming middle school campus from the point of view of reality. Build a perfect school football competition system. Improve the recruitment system of campus football professionals, improve the overall quality of campus football coaches. Establish a "one through Dragon" culture system. Expand the types of insurance and develop special insurance. Through the above countermeasures, it is hoped that the training of reserve sports talents and the future development of campus football activities in Kunming will be helpful to some extent.
