汶川县中小学体育课教学情况的研究

【摘要】:应四川省汶川县教育局对“5.12”大地震灾后重建中小学体育课教学情况了解的要求,以汶川县17所中小学体育课教学现状为研究对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法的等研究方法对体育课教学情况、体育师资情况、场地器材情况、学生对体育课的认识情况、实施相关文件情况、校本课程资源开发及制约体育课发展因素的情况展开多方面的调研分析;从理论的角度探寻汶川县中小学体育课教学现状及其遇到的实际问题,为体育课教学的发展找出新途径,提出新对策,以期为该地区中小学体育教育事业的发展提供实践与理论上的帮助,为汶川县灾后重建体育教学更快、更好的发展做出绵薄之力。调查结果表明:1、体育教师的数量和质量基本可以满足教学的需求;但是,工资待遇与其它学科教师在同工同酬方面相比之下还有一定的差距;体育教师的年龄结构及男女比例严重失调;中学部体育教师的学历层次较低;体育教师外出参与出培训的机会少之又少,对现代化教学手段的掌握程度有待提高。2、体育课开展情况较好,将篮球和田径作为教学内容的首选符合学生身心发展的特点;但是,体育教师教学计划的制定及教案的编写情况不容乐观,同时,体育教师知识结构老化,上课组织方法枯燥单一,但是,体育课中教师幽默开朗的性格深受学生们的喜爱与欢迎,并致以较高的评价;3、体育场地器材基本满足体育课教学的需求,但其多样性在满足丰富多彩的课外体育活动中还有一定的问题;体育经费短缺,尤其对场地维修力度不高;4、不论是对体育教师还是对学生的评价存在很强的主观随意性,有部分学生希望体育课的评价方式不仅仅是体质测试的成绩和平时成绩还应有学习的进步幅度以及技术动作的评定;但也有部分学生持有满意的态度;体质测试工作如期开展并按时上传数据,但测试工具使用时间较长对测试结果的准确性有一定的影响;6、汶川县具备了校本课程资源的开发及开展传统项目的先天条件,但是由于资金、教师个人能力问题成为主要的制约因素。最后,学生运动能力差及学生上课人数多成为影响汶川县中小学体育课教学的主要因素。
[Abstract]:In response to the request of Wenchuan County Education Bureau of Sichuan Province to understand the situation of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools after the "5.12" earthquake, the present situation of physical education teaching in 17 primary and secondary schools in Wenchuan County was taken as the research object, the method of literature and data was adopted, and the method of questionnaire investigation was adopted. The Research methods of expert interview, Mathematical Statistics and other Research methods on physical Education Teaching, physical Education Teachers, Field and equipment, students' understanding of physical Education, implementation of related documents, The development of school-based curriculum resources and the factors restricting the development of physical education are investigated and analyzed in many aspects, and the present situation of physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in Wenchuan County and its practical problems are explored from the theoretical point of view. In order to provide practical and theoretical help for the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools in this area and to rebuild physical education after the disaster in Wenchuan County, the author puts forward some new ways and countermeasures for the development of physical education. Better development makes a modest contribution. The results show that the quantity and quality of PE teachers can basically meet the needs of teaching, but there is still a certain gap between salary and other subjects teachers in equal pay for equal work. The age structure of PE teachers and the ratio of male and female are seriously unbalanced; the educational level of PE teachers in middle schools is low; the opportunities for PE teachers to go out to participate in training are very few. The mastering degree of modern teaching means needs to be improved. 2. Physical education is carried out well. Taking basketball and track and field as the first choice of teaching content accords with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development. At the same time, the knowledge structure of PE teachers is aging, and the method of organizing classes is boring and simple. However, the humorous and cheerful character of PE teachers is loved and welcomed by the students. The sports field and equipment basically meet the needs of physical education teaching, but its diversity still has some problems in meeting the rich and colorful extracurricular sports activities, and the sports funds are short. In particular, there is a strong subjective arbitrariness in the evaluation of physical education teachers and students. Some students hope that the evaluation way of PE class is not only the result of physical test and the evaluation of technical action, but also the satisfactory attitude of some students. Physical fitness test is carried out on schedule and uploads data on time, but the long time of using test tools has certain influence on the accuracy of test results. Wenchuan County has the inherent conditions for the development of school-based curriculum resources and the development of traditional projects. However, due to funds, the teacher's personal ability has become a major constraint. Finally, the poor sports ability of students and the number of students attending classes are the main factors affecting physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools in Wenchuan County.
