教育叙事研究视角下关心型师生关系构建研究

【摘要】:师生关系是学校教育的重要组成部分。师生关系,尤其是关心型师生关系,对于学生对学科教育的理解、学生关心自身的健康和发展以及教师对教育的探寻和教育幸福感的体验都有着重要的作用。传统学校教育无论在旨在提升学生智力的学科教学上,还是在学生的道德教育层面都不能完全满足当下的社会需求。我们正在迈向一个后现代的时代,关心型师生关系的建立是解决当下教育问题的一个有效途径。本文从教育叙事研究的视角对关心型师生关系建立进行研究,选取的研究对象是笔者本人。笔者任教于河北省衡水市某高中和长春市某高中。笔者从2007年到2017年这10年期间在这两所学校担任班主任工作带了3届毕业班。在10年的班主任生涯,笔者和学生之间几乎每天都是“亲密接触”。每天和学生共处的时间超过10个小时,和学生交流沟通更是笔者工作的主旋律。通过教育叙事的方式,尝试将笔者在教育过程中尝试建立关心型师生关系的过程做出呈现,希望对教育同仁在师生关系建立方面有所启示。本文主要研究的是关心型师生关系,理论基础是诺丁斯关心理论。关心型师生关系主要由关心的发出者教师和关心的接受者学生两个主体构成。师生关心型关系的建立除教师无条件的发出关心外,另一个重要因素就是学生对教师关心的反应。只有学生对教师的关心做出反应,关心型师生关系才算建立起来。本文的主体部分介绍了笔者从教10年来和学生之间关心关系建立的四个故事。通过对这四个故事进行解析和反思,在后面的章节中基于作者的思考,得出了关心型师生关系建立的一系列建议。在整个研究过程中,结合作者的从教经历,对于关心型师生关系建立过程中的师生关心反应问题及主体间性问题做了具体的陈述。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is an important part of school education. The relationship between teachers and students, especially the relationship between teachers and students, plays an important role in students' understanding of subject education, students' concern for their own health and development, and teachers' exploration of education and the experience of educational happiness. In the course of subject teaching, we are still unable to fully meet the needs of the present society at the level of moral education of the students. We are moving towards a post modern era. The establishment of a caring relationship between teachers and students is an effective way to solve the problem of current education. The author of the study is the author himself. The author teaches a high school in Hengshui, Hebei, and a high school in Changchun. From 2007 to 2017, the author took the 3 graduating class as a class teacher in the two schools. In the course of the class teacher's career in 10 years, the author and the students were "close contact" every day. The time of living coexistence is more than 10 hours, and communication with students is the main theme of my work. Through the way of educational narration, I try to present the process of establishing a caring relationship between teachers and students in the process of education, and hope that the teachers of education have some enlightenment on the building of the relationship between teachers and students. This article is mainly about the concern type. The relationship between teachers and students is based on the theory of nottings. The relationship between teachers and students is mainly composed of two subjects: the concerned teacher and the recipient of the recipient. The establishment of a caring relationship between teachers and students, except for the unconditional concern of the teachers, is the other important factor of the students' reaction to the teachers. In the main part of this article, the author introduces the four stories that I have established between the 10 years and the students. Through the analysis and reflection of the four stories, in the later chapters, a series of construction of the relationship between the students and the students is established. In the course of the whole study, the author makes a specific statement on the problem of concern and intersubjectivity between teachers and students in the process of establishing the relationship between teachers and students in the process of establishing the relationship between teachers and students.
