教师专业化视角下中学研究型教师的发展研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国教师教育改革的不断发展和基础教育课程改革的深入,传统的教师角色和教师教育教学工作在逐渐发生着深刻的改变。并且教师是教育改革的实施者和实践者,全面推进教育发展,那么教师的发展则是关键,因而教师的专业化发展越来越成为关注的焦点和教师新的发展方向,而研究型教师这一新型角色的蓬勃兴起给教师的专业化发展带来了机遇。研究型教师是教师发展的必然阶段,也成为教师专业化发展的目标和有效途径。当前,新课改的实施渗透到各个中学的发展之中,并且科研兴校、科研兴教的理念在大力提倡,因此中学研究型教师的发展就显得尤为重要和具有重大意义。首先,从当前基础教育课程改革和教师专业化发展角度出发,提出中学研究型教师发展的必要性和深刻意义,一方面是传统经验型教师面临着基础教育课程改革带来的挑战,另一方面是教师专业化发展对研究型教师这一新型角色的需要。并在此基础上通过对国内外的文献进行分析和归纳,来探讨了研究型教师的丰富含义,剖析了中学研究型教师所具备的特征及所进行的科研活动的特点。其次,论文从教师专业化发展的角度出发,以陕西省安康市市区三所中学为例,以文献研究法、问卷调查法为主要研究方法,对该地区的中学研究型教师的发展现状进行一个实际的调查。调查中发现研究型教师的发展存在诸多问题,主要围绕着研究型教师与科研之间的紧密联系来探讨存在的问题,并且分析存在问题的主要原因,主观原因有,对教育科研的认识不足;教师专业素质的偏低;教师的职业倦怠心理;客观原因有,应试教育思想的不利影响;教师培训存在的弊端;教育科研缺乏学校的重视;地方教育部门支持力度不够。最后,分别从教师自身的发展、学校应给予的支持和重视、完善合理的教育科研保障机制这三个角度来进行具体的阐述,提出有关如何促进中学研究型教师发展的具体策略,以期对中学研究型教师的发展和教师专业化水平的提高提供有益启示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of teacher education reform and the deepening of basic education curriculum reform, the traditional role of teachers and teacher education teaching work has gradually undergone profound changes. And teachers are the implementers and practitioners of educational reform, so the development of teachers is the key to promote the development of education in an all-round way. Therefore, the professional development of teachers has become the focus of attention and the new direction of teachers' development. The booming role of research teachers brings opportunities to the professional development of teachers. Research teacher is the inevitable stage of teacher development, and also becomes the goal and effective way of teacher professional development. At present, the implementation of the new curriculum reform permeates into the development of each middle school, and the idea of developing the school through scientific research is strongly advocated, so the development of the research teachers in the middle school is particularly important and of great significance. First of all, from the angle of the current basic education curriculum reform and teachers' professional development, this paper puts forward the necessity and profound significance of the development of research-oriented teachers in middle schools. On the one hand, the traditional experiential teachers are facing the challenges brought by the reform of the basic education curriculum. On the other hand, teachers' professional development needs the new role of research teachers. On this basis, through the analysis and induction of the literature at home and abroad, this paper discusses the rich meaning of research-oriented teachers, analyzes the characteristics of research-oriented teachers in middle schools and the characteristics of their scientific research activities. Secondly, from the perspective of teachers' professional development, this paper takes three middle schools in Ankang City, Shaanxi Province as an example, takes literature research method and questionnaire method as the main research method. This paper makes a practical investigation on the development of middle school research teachers in this area. The investigation found that there are many problems in the development of research-oriented teachers, mainly focusing on the close relationship between research-based teachers and scientific research, and analyzing the main causes of the problems, subjective reasons, Lack of understanding of educational scientific research; low professional quality of teachers; teachers' job burnout psychology; objective reasons, adverse effects of examination-oriented education thoughts; shortcomings of teacher training; lack of attention to educational scientific research in schools; The support of local education department is not enough. Finally, from the teacher's own development, the school should give the support and the attention, consummates the reasonable education scientific research safeguard mechanism these three angles carries on the concrete elaboration, puts forward the concrete strategy about how to promote the middle school research teacher's development. In order to provide beneficial enlightenment to the development of middle school research teachers and the improvement of teachers' professional level.
