初中数学教师教学准备状况研究

【摘要】:教学准备是上课的基础。从课堂教学最基本的三要素来看,无论是教师的专业成长,课程的有效实施,还是学生的全面发展,都很大程度上依赖于有效的教学准备。当前关于教学准备的研究多是对其应然状态的研究,主要集中在教学准备的内容、问题和解决策略三个方面,对教学准备现实状况和特点的研究较少,而这正是解决其他教学相关问题的关键。本研究试图深入了解初中数学教师教学准备的基本状况,因此对我国H省Z市的初中数学教师进行了调查研究,研究方法主要采用教师自陈的问卷调查法,通过设计"初中数学教师教学准备状况调查问卷",提供教学准备相关方面的题项,由教师根据实际情况进行判断和选择。获取有效数据之后,主要利用SPSS22.0进行统计和分析。首先从整体上分析了当前初中数学教师在教学准备各个方面的基本情况,包括教师教学准备的时间投入、目的导向(关注因素)、准备方式、内容参照四个方面。在此基础上,从教龄、性别、任教年级、职责(是否是班主任)、职称及所在区域六个维度,对不同教师在教学准备方面的差异进行了分析。最后,针对调查的结果进行讨论,试图发现其中存在的问题,并尝试给出一定的建议。研究主要发现,青年教师用于教学准备的时间相对较短,工作积极性有待进一步提高;多数教师声称自己以学生为本,然而在教学准备时并没有真正落实到行动中,以学生为本的理念有待进一步深入落实;区域文化对教师的教学准备具有一定的影响,必须重视营造健康向上的教育文化氛围;与女教师相比,男教师参与教研活动的积极性较低,需要重点提高男教师的职业认同感;部分教师对网络教学资源利用不当,存在抄袭现象,必须进行合理规范;多数青年教师表示会参考老教师的教学资料,听取他们的建议,但目前并没有相对完善的制度,需要进一步制定规范的"以老带新"制度,助力青年教师成长;教师之间的沟通与合作有限,需要进一步加强;集体备课材料的利用率比较低,对教师的影响比较小,集体备课质量亟待进一步提高。
[Abstract]:Teaching preparation is the foundation of class. From the perspective of the most basic three elements of classroom teaching, both the professional growth of teachers, the effective implementation of curriculum and the all-round development of students all depend on effective teaching preparation to a great extent. At present, the research on teaching preparation is mostly about its supposed state, mainly focusing on the contents, problems and solving strategies of teaching preparation, but less on the actual situation and characteristics of teaching preparation. This is the key to solving other problems related to teaching. This research attempts to deeply understand the basic situation of junior high school mathematics teachers' teaching preparation, so the investigation and research on junior high school mathematics teachers in Z city of H province are carried out. By designing a questionnaire on the teaching readiness of mathematics teachers in junior high school, this paper provides the items related to the teaching preparation, which are judged and selected by the teachers according to the actual situation. After obtaining valid data, SPSS 2 2.0 is mainly used for statistics and analysis. First of all, it analyzes the basic situation of mathematics teachers in junior high school in all aspects of teaching preparation, including the time input of teachers' teaching preparation, the purpose orientation (concern factor), the preparation method, and the content reference four aspects. On this basis, the differences in teaching preparation among different teachers are analyzed from six dimensions: teaching age, gender, teaching grade, responsibility (whether the teacher is in charge of class), professional title and the area in which they are located. Finally, the paper discusses the results of the investigation, tries to find out the existing problems, and tries to give some suggestions. The main findings of the study are that young teachers spend relatively short time on teaching preparation, and their enthusiasm for teaching needs to be further improved. Most teachers claim to be student-oriented, but in the process of teaching preparation, they are not really put into practice. The concept of student-oriented needs to be further implemented; regional culture has a certain impact on teachers' teaching preparation, and attention must be paid to creating a healthy and upward atmosphere of education culture; compared with female teachers, regional culture has a certain impact on teachers' preparation. The enthusiasm of male teachers to participate in teaching and research activities is low, it is necessary to focus on improving the professional identity of male teachers, some teachers have improper use of network teaching resources, there is plagiarism phenomenon, must be reasonably standardized; Most young teachers indicated that they would refer to the teaching materials of the old teachers and listen to their suggestions. However, there is no relatively perfect system at present, so it is necessary to further develop a standardized system of "taking the old with the new" to help young teachers to grow up. The communication and cooperation among teachers are limited and need to be further strengthened. The utilization rate of collective lesson preparation materials is relatively low and the influence on teachers is relatively small. The quality of collective lesson preparation needs to be further improved.
