初中“筷子舞”课间操创编研究

【摘要】:在科技日新月异的现代化趋势以及西方文化的影响下,人们的需求与时俱进,追逐新潮流、新文化成为了不可避免的趋势,许多灿烂的文化逐渐被人们所忽视、遗忘。目前的中学生,对于传统文化认知浅薄,了解与学习的途径、方法缺失,传承与发展民族文化迫在眉睫。初中“筷子舞”课间操的创编,使蒙古族的民族传统舞蹈与初中的课间操巧妙地结合,不仅传承与发扬了民族传统文化,而且改变了传统课间操单一的形式,增加了学生锻炼的积极性,使学生们通过每天的课间操锻炼,潜移默化的传承和学习民族传统文化。本研究中,初中“筷子舞”课间操的创编为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等方法,对“筷子舞”文化来源、舞蹈特色、初中生生理、心理特点及敏感期相关研究进行了梳理,结合创编实践得出结论:(1)初中“筷子舞”课间操极大地丰富了课间操的形式和内容;(2)为民族传统体育文化发扬找到了新的载体,为相关创编提供了理论与实践参考;(3)通过问卷调查初中“筷子舞”得到了教师及学生的一致认可;(4)通过实践总结了初中“筷子舞”课间操创编的注意事项以及推广方式、途径。本套操是在成都体育学院体操教研室创编专家的指导下,带领2013级健美操专选班的同学历时一年的创编、实践、修改而成,并在2017年1月举办的全国特色课间操培训班上进行了推广,得到参加培训老师们的高度认可,进一步验证了初中“筷子舞”课间操的创编方法、创编原则及创编计划等是切实可行的,希望能为相关创编研究提供一定的参考性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the influence of western culture, people's needs keep pace with the times and pursue the new trend. New culture has become an inevitable trend, and many splendid cultures have gradually been neglected and forgotten by people. At present, it is urgent for middle school students to inherit and develop national culture because of their shallow cognition of traditional culture, lack of ways and methods of understanding and learning. The creation of junior high school "Chopstick Dance" exercises between classes makes the Mongolian nationality traditional dance and junior high school class exercises skillfully combine, not only inherits and develops the national traditional culture, but also changes the single form of traditional class exercises. Increased the enthusiasm of students to exercise, make the students through the daily exercise, imperceptibly inheriting and learning the traditional culture of the nation. In this study, the author of "Chopstick Dance" in junior high school is the object of study. The methods of literature, expert interview and questionnaire survey are used to analyze the cultural source, dance characteristics, physiology of junior high school students, and so on. The related research on psychological characteristics and sensitive period has been combed out, and the conclusions are as follows: (1) "Chopstick Dance" exercises in junior high school have greatly enriched the form and content of class exercises; (2) it has found a new carrier for the development of national traditional sports culture. It provides theoretical and practical reference for related creation; (3) through questionnaire survey "Chopstick Dance" has been unanimously recognized by teachers and students; (4) through practice summed up the junior high school "Chopstick Dance" class exercise creation matters needing attention, as well as promotion methods and ways. This set of exercises, under the guidance of the creation experts in the gymnastic teaching and research department of Chengdu Institute of physical Education, led the students of Class 2013 Aerobics selection to last one year's creation, practice, and modification. And it was popularized in the national special class training class held in January 2017, which was highly recognized by the teachers who participated in the training, and further verified the method of creating and compiling the "Chopstick Dance" class exercise in junior high school. The principle and plan of creation are feasible, hoping to provide some reference for related research.
