身体运动功能性训练干预对高考体测生成绩影响的实验研究

【摘要】:身体运动功能性训练是一种为提高专项运动能力,重视躯干部位和各关节周围肌肉的训练,强调的是动作质量而不是肌肉力量。功能,从本质上来说就是目的,因此身体运动功能性训练可以说是:有目的的训练。以提高运动表现为目的,提高所有肌肉协调配合和身体对肌肉的控制募集能力,针对的是运动链而不是孤立的肌肉。提高一个动作不同环节之间的衔接,动作与动作配合,提高运动成绩。本文主要通过研究身体运动功能性训练干预对高考体测生FMS测试和四项运动成绩的影响,采用文献资料法、数理统计法和实验法等方法展开研究,以期为体育高考生取得优异成绩提供理论和实践支持。把山西师范大学实验中学高三体育生中的30名男生作为实验对象,对其中一组施加身体运动功能性训练,从而为学生更好地进行体能训练,提高学生的运动成绩提供参考和建议。研究结果表明:(1 )把身体运动功能性训练应用到高考体育训练中,完善传统训练的不足,实现了身体运动功能性训练方法与手段在训练实践中的运用,取得了较好的效果。(2)运用身体运动功能性训练干预的实验组经过16周训练后,实验前后四项成绩和FMS测试成绩通过独立样本T检验后均有显著性差异。100m , 800m的成绩的提高,是因为身体运动功能性训练的干预提高了他们动作在不稳定状态下的标准性,协调能力。一分钟杠铃挺举和立定跳远成绩的提高主要是因为身体运动功能性训练干预增强了上肢肌群和下肢肌群的配合协作能力。(3)经过16周的训练后,对比实验组和对照组四项成绩和FMS测试成绩,通过独立样本T检验,发现试验后实验组和对照组相比,除了 100m以外,800m ,立定跳远,一分钟杠铃挺举以及FMS测试成绩都呈现了显著差异。从整体上看,实验组提升幅度比对照组更明显。(4)身体运动功能性力量训练在高水平运动员的训练中应用较广泛,在基层的田径训练和高考体测生的训练中,身体运动功能性力量训练的理念,训练原则,训练过程安排及训练方法与手段的运用还有待完善。
[Abstract]:Physical motor functional training is a kind of training which emphasizes the quality of movement rather than muscle strength in order to improve the specific sports ability and pay attention to the training of the torso and the muscles around the joints. Function, in essence, is the purpose, so the physical motor functional training can be said: purposeful training. In order to improve the performance of movement, improve the coordination of all muscles and the ability of the body to control and recruit the muscles, it is aimed at the sports chain rather than the isolated muscle. Improve the link between different parts of an action, action and action coordination, improve the performance of the movement. In this paper, the effects of physical exercise functional training intervention on FMS test and four sports scores of college entrance examination students were studied by means of literature, mathematical statistics and experimental methods. In order to provide theoretical and practical support for PE college entrance examination students to achieve excellent results. Taking 30 male students from the experimental middle school of Shanxi normal University as the experimental objects, one of them was given physical function training, so that the students could have better physical training. Improve the student's sports achievement to provide the reference and suggestion. The results show that: (1) the functional training of body movement is applied to the physical training of the college entrance examination, the deficiency of the traditional training is perfected, and the application of the method and means of the functional training of the body movement in the training practice is realized. (2) after 16 weeks of training, there were significant differences in the scores of four items before and after the experiment and the FMS test scores after passing the independent sample T test. (2) the scores of .100m, 800m in the experimental group treated with physical motor functional training were improved significantly after 16 weeks of training. It is because the intervention of physical motor function training improves the standard and coordination ability of their movements in unstable state. The improvement of one-minute barbell clean and jerk and standing long jump results is mainly due to the enhancement of the coordination and cooperation ability of upper limb muscle group and lower limb muscle group after 16 weeks of training. (3) after 16 weeks of training, the physical and motor functional training intervention enhances the coordination ability of upper limb muscle group and lower limb muscle group. (3) after 16 weeks of training, By comparing the four scores of the experimental group and the control group and the FMS test results, through the independent sample T test, it was found that after the experiment, the experimental group was compared with the control group in standing long jump, except for 100m and 800m. The one minute barbell clean and jerk and the FMS test scores showed significant differences. On the whole, the improvement range of the experimental group is more obvious than that of the control group. (4) the training of the functional strength of the body movement is widely used in the training of high-level athletes, in the training of track and field at the basic level and in the training of the physical test students in the college entrance examination. The concept, training principles, training process arrangement and the application of training methods and means of physical movement functional strength training need to be improved.
