长春市初中生体育课伤害事故的成因及预防措施研究

【摘要】:青少年的身体健康是其为社会主义现代化服务的根本保障。学校体育包括体育课、课外体育活动、课间操和课外体育训练等组织形式,其中体育课是其最为基本的组织形式。而初中学生的身心特点以及长春市气候特点都容易造成学生伤害事故,因此,笔者希望通过调查长春市初中体育课发生伤害事故,总结出长春市初中体育课伤害事故成因以及对学校、体育教师、学生产生的影响,最后找出长春市初中体育课伤害事故的预防措施,以期对长春市初中学校在开展体育课时尽量减少伤害事故的发生提供理论依据,同时也为东北地区其他地市的体育课伤害事故的研究提供一些理论参考。本研究通过文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对长春市初中体育课伤害事故进行进行深入调查分析,最终得出以下结论:1、长春市初中体育教师与时俱进的意识不足,自身处理伤害事故的能力欠缺,同时对于体育课堂提高专注度不够,随环境(尤其是季节环境)改变而变换教学内容、方法方面能力不足。2、长春市初中学生具备的伤害事故的知识以及能力较为欠缺,具体的体育课安全注意事项较少做到。3、长春市初中其他班级学生和校医方面的其他人员对于体育课伤害事故也有很大的影响的,存在着上课班级人数较多,同时上课的班级个数较多以及校医的专业性不足等问题。4、长春市初中体育活动场地、器材数量不足,专门对场地、器材进行维护的人员过少,同时各学校体育场地、器材的整洁、平整也有待提高。5、长春市体育课冬季活动项目较少,同时在进行冬季项目活动过程中,教师的心理激励以及辅导不足。6、长春市体育课伤害事故要将预防放在首位,要倾尽各方力量对体育课伤害事故进行防范,同时对于突发事故要做好及时的救治,将伤害降到最低。根据以上结论,笔者提出相应的建议如下:1、体育教师对于伤害事故问题要常抓不懈。(1)提高体育课伤害事故关注度,不断丰富自身处理伤害事故的知识,提高处理伤害事故的能力。(2)根据季节情况调整体育教学内容和方法,并针对学生进行针对性的心理辅导,针对非冬季和冬季不同受伤类型进行区别对待。(3)全方位的进行体育课的检查,确保学生在各个项目都处于安全的环境。(4)加强体育课各个阶段对学生的提醒和注意,尤其是放松阶段。2、举办各类活动提高学生的体育安全的意识,增强学生的体育安全知识。(1)对学生加大体育安全宣传活动的力度(2)为学生举办体育安全知识以及基本急救操作技能的讲座3、加强对于学校体育课安全管理,制定各项政策并进行落实、监督。(1)建立学生健康档案。(2)增加学校体育课安全方面的经费投入。(3)加强师资建设,提升现有教师素质,引进优秀新人。(4)安排体育课要合理,并对体育课进行安全检查、评价4、做好体育课伤害事故的处理,将伤害降到最低。
[Abstract]:The physical health of young people is the fundamental guarantee of their service for socialist modernization. School physical education includes physical education, extracurricular sports activities, class exercises and extracurricular sports training, among which physical education is the most basic form of organization. The physical and mental characteristics of junior middle school students and the climate characteristics of Changchun are apt to cause injuries to students. Therefore, the author hopes to investigate the injury accidents in Changchun junior middle school physical education class. This paper sums up the causes of injury accident in Changchun junior middle school physical education and the influence on school, physical education teachers and students, and finally finds out the preventive measures of injury accident in Changchun junior middle school physical education class. In order to provide theoretical basis for Changchun junior middle school to reduce the occurrence of injury accidents in physical education classes, and also to provide some theoretical reference for the study of physical education injury accidents in other cities in Northeast China. Through the methods of literature, investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this study makes an in-depth investigation and analysis on injuries of junior high school physical education in Changchun. Finally draw the following conclusion: 1, Changchun junior middle school physical education teachers with insufficient awareness of the times, their own ability to deal with injury accidents, at the same time for the physical education classroom to improve the degree of focus is not enough, With the change of environment (especially seasonal environment), the content of teaching is changed, the ability of method is not enough, the knowledge and ability of injury accident of junior middle school students in Changchun are not enough. The concrete physical education class safety matters to be paid less attention to do. 3, Changchun junior middle school other class students and the school doctor aspect other personnel also has the very big influence to the physical education class injury accident, has the class size to be bigger, At the same time, the number of classes in the class and the lack of professionalism of the school doctors are not enough. At the same time, the number of sports venues and equipment in Changchun junior high school is insufficient, and the number of personnel specialized in maintaining the venues and equipment is too small. At the same time, the sports venues of schools are too few. The neatness and smoothness of the equipment need to be improved. 5. There are few winter activities in Changchun, and in the process of winter sports activities, the psychological motivation and counseling of teachers are insufficient. 6. The prevention of injury accidents in Changchun physical education class should be put in the first place. It is necessary to make every effort to guard against the injury accident in PE class and to treat the accident in time to minimize the injury. According to the above conclusion, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions as follows: 1. The PE teachers should pay more attention to the injury accident and enrich their knowledge of dealing with the injury accident. Improve the ability of dealing with injury accidents. (2) adjust the contents and methods of physical education according to the seasonal situation, and carry out targeted psychological counseling for students. According to the different types of injury in non-winter and winter, (3) the physical education class is carried out in all directions to ensure that the students are in a safe environment in every project. (4) to strengthen the reminding and attention of the students in every stage of physical education. In particular, in the relaxation phase. 2, to organize various activities to enhance students' awareness of sports safety, To strengthen students' knowledge of sports safety. (1) to strengthen the activities of sports safety propaganda for students. (2) to hold lectures on sports safety knowledge and basic first aid operation skills for students. 3. To strengthen the safety management of physical education classes in schools. Make and carry out various policies, supervise and supervise. (1) establish student health files. (2) increase the expenditure on safety of physical education in schools. (3) strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the quality of existing teachers, introduce outstanding new students. (4) arrange physical education classes reasonably.
