中考体育加试视野下长春市初中体育教学的研究

【摘要】:素质教育的全面推进是我国在国民经济和社会发展的过程中对中小学校教育提出的基本要求。从“应试教育”到素质教育的转变,是对人才培养模式的深化改革,也是当前基础教育面对的一项重要任务。想要将学生培养成为德育、智育、体育、美育全国发展的人才,就要将学校教学置于首要位置,而体育的发展要强化体育课上教学和课外锻炼,促进学生身心健康。通过体育课、体育活动、体育锻炼等形式,达到提高体质健康水平和培养学生健全人格的目标。由此可以看出,有效的体育教学活动对提高动作技能和身体机能起着积极的作用。中考引进体育的改革措施加快了体育中考制度的完善,突显了体育教学在素质教育中的重要地位。体育课程已经上升到了和文化课程同等重要的层次。中考体育加试是落实初中体育教学工作的重要措施,是对初级中学体育教学工作效果的检验标准之一,是加强体育教学的重要手段。如何在中考体育加试改革视野下促进初中体育教学,是长春市初级中学目前面临的重要课题。本研究以中考体育加试视野下长春市初中体育教学为研究对象,分别针对长春市南关区、绿园区、宽城区、二道区、朝阳区等五个主要行政区域10所初中的1000名初中生、1000名学生家长,106名体育教师,10名学校管理人员进行调查走访,同时访问专家,并作相关记录。通过运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,从学生、家长、体育教师、学校管理人员、相关专家对中考体育加试与体育教学开展的现状及趋势的了解、反馈情况进行分析研究,找出存在的问题和原因,并提出一些可行性建议和对策,以促进中考体育加试视野下长春市初中体育教学体系的构建和完善,旨在为长春市以及周边体育教学改革工作和发展提供理论依据。经研究得出结论:1.长春市初中在中考体育加试政策实施后,教学内容多是以身体素质练习、田径和体操基本动作为主,完全迎合中考体育加试的考核项目,存在“应试教育”的误区,偏离了体育加试全面提升学生体质的“真谛”。2.长春市初中在体育教学过程中教学方法比较单一,学生缺乏积极主动的探索式学习。体育教学中忽视了课内与课外体育活动的融合,它正是解决体育教师教学方法单一乏味的重要方法。3.长春市初中体育教师的男女比例不均衡;师资队伍老龄化现象严重,处于新老交替断档阶段,高学历人才较少;师资队伍的整体状况没有达到日常教学需要。4.长春市初中体育教学内容受到中考体育加试的影响,导致教学内容偏离了体育教学的真谛,内容显得单一乏味,难以激发学生的学习兴趣。学校体育教学缺乏校本教材,完全执行课程实施方案中三大部分所占比例。5.长春市初中学校室内体育馆较少,室外体育场铺设材质相对落后,有限的体育场馆不能满足日常上课需要。体育教学工作因为硬件条件匮乏而得不到更好地开展,导致教学质量受到影响。针对中考体育加试视野下长春市初中体育教学存在的问题,提出相应的解决对策,树立学生终身体育意识,促进长春市初级中学体育教学。
[Abstract]:The overall promotion of quality education is the basic requirement for primary and secondary school education in the process of national economy and social development. From the "examination oriented education" to the quality education, it is a deepening reform of the mode of talent training and a major task facing the current basic education. Sports and aesthetic education in the national development should put school teaching in the first place, and the development of sports should strengthen the teaching and extracurricular exercise in physical education and promote the physical and mental health of the students. Through physical education, sports activities and physical exercise, we can achieve the goal of improving the health level of physical health and cultivating the sound personality of the students. Effective physical education activities play an active role in improving action skills and physical functions. The introduction of sports reform measures in the middle exam has accelerated the improvement of the physical education examination system and highlighted the important position of physical education in quality education. The physical education curriculum has risen to the same level as the cultural course. The important measures to implement the junior high school physical education work is one of the test criteria for the effect of the primary school physical education, and it is an important means to strengthen the physical education. How to promote the junior high school physical education under the examination of the reform of the examination of physical education in the middle school is an important subject facing the junior high school in Changchun. Changchun city junior high school physical education as the research object, respectively Changchun City Nanguan District, Green Garden District, wide urban area, two district, Chaoyang District and other five main administrative areas 10 junior middle school students, 1000 students parents, 106 sports teachers, 10 school administrators to investigate and visit, at the same time visit experts, and make related records. By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, from students, parents, physical education teachers, school administrators, the relevant experts to understand the current situation and trend of sports test and physical education in the middle test, analyze the feedback situation, find out the existing problems and reasons, and put forward some feasible methods. In order to promote the construction and improvement of the sports teaching system in Changchun junior middle school from the view of physical examination in Changchun, the purpose is to provide theoretical basis for the work and development of physical education reform in Changchun and its surrounding areas. The conclusions are as follows: after the implementation of the policy of physical examination in the Middle School of the Middle School of the Middle School of Changchun, the teaching content is mostly physical quality. Practice, track and field and gymnastic basic movements, completely cater to the examination items of the exam in physical examination, there is a misunderstanding of "exam oriented education", deviating from the "true meaning" of the physical education test,.2. In the teaching, the integration of class and extracurricular sports activities is ignored. It is an important method to solve the single and boring teaching method of physical education teachers.3., the proportion of male and female students in Changchun junior middle school is not balanced; the aging phenomenon of the teachers ranks is serious, the new and old alternation and the high school calendar are less; the overall situation of the teacher team is not reached. To the daily teaching needs.4. Changchun junior high school physical education content is affected by the examination of physical examination, the teaching content deviates from the true meaning of physical education, the content is monotonous and difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning. School physical education is short of school-based teaching materials, and the proportion of three parts of the curriculum implementation plan is.5. long. There are few indoor gymnasiums in junior middle school in spring city, and the material of outdoor stadium is relatively backward, and the limited gymnasium can not meet the needs of daily class. The teaching quality is affected by the lack of hardware conditions, and the teaching quality is affected by the lack of hardware conditions. In the view of the examination of physical education in Changchun, the physical education of junior middle school is present. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures to establish the awareness of lifelong sports and promote the physical education in junior high schools in Changchun.
