基于Z理论的普通高中教研组建设研究

【摘要】:在普通高中学校,教研组是承担学科教学任务的专业组织,也是各科教师交流合作的主要平台。教研组的运行效果直接影响着学校的教学质量。由于受各方面因素的影响,当前的普通高中教研组并没有完全发挥其职能。随着新课程改革的进行,高中教师在课堂教学中面临着极大挑战,因此,普通高中教研组建设问题受到了越来越多人的重视。本研究从调查普通高中教研组的现状出发,旨在通过对教研组建设存在的问题及原因分析,探索立足于Z理论基础上的优化普通高中教研组建设的有效策略。首先,本研究通过文献分析了解国内外教研组研究现状,对组织、教研组及普通高中进行概念界定。其次,对我国普通高中教研组与教研活动进行解析,并对威廉·大内(William Ouchi)的Z理论进行剖析,为普通高中教研组建设提供理论支持。再次,通过问卷法和访谈法深入调查当前普通高中教研组的建设现状,分析教研组建设存在的问题及问题成因。最后,将普通高中教研组建设与Z理论相结合,探索适合优化当前普通高中教研组建设的有效策略,以求充分发挥普通高中教研组的作用、促进高中教师的专业发展和高中学校的持续性发展。
[Abstract]:In the ordinary high school, the teaching and research group is the professional organization which undertakes the subject teaching task, also is the main platform which the each subject teacher exchanges and cooperates. The operation effect of the teaching and research group directly affects the teaching quality of the school. Due to the influence of various factors, the current senior high school teaching and research group did not give full play to its functions. With the development of the new curriculum reform, senior high school teachers are facing great challenges in classroom teaching. Therefore, more and more people pay attention to the construction of teaching and research group in general high school. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the teaching and research group in senior high school, this study aims to explore the effective strategy of optimizing the construction of the teaching and research group in senior high school based on Z theory through the analysis of the problems and causes in the construction of the group. First of all, through literature analysis to understand the current situation of teaching and research groups at home and abroad, to define the concept of organization, teaching and research group and ordinary high school. Secondly, it analyzes the general high school teaching and research group and the teaching and research activities, and analyzes the Z theory of William (William Ouchi), which provides theoretical support for the construction of the ordinary senior high school teaching and research group. Thirdly, through questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of the construction of the teaching and research group in senior high school, analyze the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the construction of the teaching and research group. Finally, combining the construction of ordinary senior high school teaching and research group with Z theory, this paper explores the effective strategies suitable for optimizing the construction of ordinary high school teaching and research group, in order to give full play to the role of ordinary high school teaching and research group. To promote the professional development of high school teachers and the sustainable development of high school.
