丽水中学女生体能促进实践方案对体质健康的影响

【摘要】:人类运动、日常生活、目标行为的动力源来自体能,体能在全面健身和竞技体育中越来越被人们关注,而高中阶段恰是体能发展的关键时期,对形成终身体育锻炼起着决定性作用。因此本研究通过体能促进实践方案,运用新颖的练习器材;简便的、易操作的、趣味性强的练习方法和手段,来丰富体育课堂教学和学生课余体育锻炼,激发学生锻炼的兴趣,提高学生锻炼的技能,从而增强学生体质,并形成终身体育锻炼的观念。为此,本研究采用文献资料法、教学实验法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对高中生体能促进理论进行重新整理分类,并根据高中生身体素质发展的特点制定相应的实践方案,以及各项身体素质相结合的实践方案进行研究,研究结果如下:1、力量素质实践方案,对身高、肺活量的影响不大,对体重、坐位体前屈、800米的具有影响,对50米、仰卧起坐、立定跳远的影响非常大,力量素质练习能够提高学生的爆发力、上下肢力量,并能塑造良好的形体,提高学生体质健康测试项目成绩,从而提高学生体质,培养学生终身体育意识的形成。2、耐力素质实践方案,体重、800米、肺活量都有提高,800米、肺活量提高的幅度特别大,说明耐力素质练习能够提高人体肺活量和有氧能力,且这些练习方法容易被学生接受,提高了学生练习的积极性,从而提高学生的体能,培养学生终身体育意识的形成。3、速度素质实践方案,对提高学生体质健康测试项目中的50米、立定跳远具有高度显著性差异,成绩提高特别显著;对肺活量、体重、800米存在显著性差异,对形态指标、仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈影响不大,速度素质练习实践方案能够提高学生的反应、灵敏,采用课课练的形式进行教学,大大提高了学生练习的兴趣,通过练习提高学生的体能,同时培养学生终身体育意识的形成。4、柔韧素质实践方案,实验结果显示仅坐位体前屈一项呈高度显著性差异,在练习过程中适当减少柔韧的专门性练习,与其他身体素质实践方案相结合,同时培养学生终身体育意识的形成。5、各项身体素质练习手段的多样性,以及采用“课课练”的形式进行练习,大大提高了学生锻炼的兴趣,从而培养学生终身体育意识的形成。
[Abstract]:The power source of human sports, daily life, target behavior comes from physical fitness, physical fitness is paid more and more attention to in overall fitness and competitive sports, and high school is the key period of physical development. It plays a decisive role in forming lifelong physical exercise. Therefore, this study can enrich the physical education classroom teaching and the students' extracurricular physical exercise, and stimulate the students' interest in exercise by means of the physical fitness promotion practice scheme, the use of novel exercise equipment, the simple, easy to operate, and the interesting and interesting exercise methods and means, in order to enrich the physical education classroom teaching and the students' extracurricular physical exercise. Improve the students' training skills, so as to strengthen the students' physique and form the concept of lifelong physical exercise. Therefore, this study adopts the methods of literature, teaching experiment, expert interview and mathematical statistics to rearrange and classify the theory of physical fitness promotion of senior high school students, and make corresponding practical plans according to the characteristics of the development of high school students' physical fitness. The results of the study are as follows: 1. The practical plan for strength quality has little effect on height and vital capacity, has an effect on weight, 800 meters of body flexion in sitting position, and 50 meters on sit-ups, The influence of standing long jump is very great. Strength quality training can improve students' explosiveness, strength of upper and lower limbs, shape good body, improve the results of students' physical health test, and thus improve students' physique. The formation of lifelong physical consciousness of students, the practical plan of endurance quality, the weight of 800 meters, the increase of vital capacity of 800 meters, and the increase of vital capacity are especially large, which shows that endurance quality exercises can improve the vital capacity and aerobic capacity of human body. And these methods are easy to be accepted by students, improve the enthusiasm of students, improve students' physical ability, cultivate students' life-long physical consciousness. The standing long jump has a highly significant difference in improving students' physique and health test items, and the results are especially significant. There are significant differences in vital capacity and weight of 800 meters, and in terms of morphological indicators, sit-ups. The practice scheme of speed quality practice can improve the students' reaction and agility. It can improve the students' interest in practice and improve the students' physical ability by using the form of class practice. At the same time, the formation of lifelong physical consciousness of students. 4, the flexibility of the practice program, the experimental results show that only sit forward flexion one is highly significant difference, in the exercise process to reduce the flexibility of the professional exercise, Combining with other physical fitness practice programs, at the same time, cultivating students' lifelong physical consciousness, diversity of physical fitness training means, and using the form of "class practice" to practice, greatly enhance the students' interest in exercise. So as to cultivate the formation of students'lifelong sports consciousness.
