河南省中招体育考试现状与问题研究

【摘要】:贯彻落实党的教育方针,实施中招体育考试政策,可以有效促使社会不同主体对青少年体质健康状况认知程度的提高,增加体育学科在学校教学中的比重,为我国能够更好的实施素质教育提供了进一步保障。然而,与语数外等其他学科相比,体育被列入中招考试科目比较晚,所占分值较低,并且考核内容与考核方式跟传统考试科目相比较为特殊,使得人们对体育考试相较于其他学科的理解和重视度偏低。以至于,在如何保证体育考试公平性,如何健全体育考试制度上仍需要不断的完善。运用教育学和社会学理论分析河南省中招体育考试变迁的动力、主体、过程和路径,挖掘中招体育考试制度的本质和规律,分析影响其变化的归因,从而让人们对中招体育考试改革有更加理性的认知。希望能够起到发展完善中招体育考试制度,提高其运行效率,促进素质教育和基础教育新课标改革向纵深发展的效果。本文以河南省中招体育考试为研究对象,采用文献法、调查法、数据统计法以及逻辑分析法通过对河南省中招体育考试的发展历程、开展现状和特征的分析等,并结合2015年河南省中招体育考试的实际情况,得出以下结论:(1)河南省的中招体育考试制度的不断完善和自我改进建立在以往的经验教训上,从各地区在中招体育考试分值设置、项目设置、评分标准、考试结构等方面来看,存在着不同程度的地区性差异。(2)随着对河南省中招体育考试的深入研究和深化改革,加快了人们对体育的认知,对学校体育教学起到促进作用,对学生身体素质的提高具有重要意义。(3)每项政策的实施都具有两面性,河南省中招体育考试也存在着一定的问题,主要为:项目设置尚不合理、评价方式比较单一、忽视动作技术评定的问题、体育考试不公平性等。(4)河南省中招体育考试在具体实施过程中,组织秩序、裁判执法受到不同程度的质疑。建议:(1)牢固树立“健康第一”的指导思想,以增强学生的身体素质,增加学生的体育活动机会为目的,根据各地区具体情况制定出合理、客观、科学的中招体育考试制度。(2)优化考试项目,制定与学生体质健康水平相关度氋的考试项目,拒绝一味的追求考试成绩,而从根本上忽略了体育项目对学生体质健康的影响。(3)优化体育教学内容,鼓励运动技能的学习,让学生养成运动习惯,明确学习体育知识的重要性。尝试考试前三个月公布考试项目,以及现场摇号的形式抽取考试项目,避免为应试而上课。(4)优化考核过程,加大过程性评价考核的力度,重视评价内容和评价标准的确定,做好过程性评价的监督工作。(5)对中招体育考试全过程的操作模式进行深度优化,促使中招体育考试的监管机制更加规范化,比如可以采取考试现场即刻公布考生考试成绩,让学生自己来监督,促使考试过程更加公开化、透明化以及公平化。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the party's educational policy and the implementation of the policy of sports examination can effectively promote the improvement of the cognitive degree of the physical health of the different subjects of the society, increase the proportion of the physical education in the school teaching, and provide a further guarantee for the better implementation of the quality education in our country. In comparison, sports are included in the middle enrollment exam late, the score is lower, and the examination content and assessment method compared with the traditional examination subjects are special, so that people have a low understanding and attention to the sports examination compared to other subjects. How to guarantee the fairness of sports examinations and how to improve the sports examination system It still needs to be perfected continuously. Using the theory of pedagogy and sociology to analyze the motive, the main body, the process and the path of the sports examination changes in Henan Province, the essence and the law of the sports examination system are excavated and the attribution affecting the change is analyzed so that people can have a more rational cognition to the reform of the sports examination. To improve the system of sports examination, improve the efficiency of its operation, promote the effect of the reform of the quality education and the new curriculum standard of basic education. This article takes the sports examination in Henan as the research object, and adopts the literature method, the investigation method, the data statistics method and the logic analysis method through the development course of the sports examination in Henan province. With the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the exhibition, and combining the actual situation of the sports examination in Henan province in 2015, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the continuous improvement and self improvement of the middle recruit sports examination system in Henan province have been established in the past experience and lessons, and the setting of the score, the project setting, the scoring standard, the examination structure, etc. On the other hand, there are different degrees of regional differences. (2) with the in-depth study and deepening of the reform of the sports examination in Henan Province, the awareness of sports is accelerated and the physical education of the school plays a role in promoting the physical education and improving the physical quality of the students. (3) the implementation of each policy has two sides, Henan province is two sides. There are some problems in the sports examination, mainly: the project is not reasonable, the evaluation method is relatively simple, the technical evaluation of the action is ignored, and the sports examination is not fair. (4) in the specific implementation process of the sports examination in Henan Province, the organization order and the referee's law enforcement are questioned by different degrees. (1) firmly establish "Health first" guiding ideology, in order to enhance the physical quality of students and increase the opportunities for students' sports activities, to formulate reasonable, objective and scientific sports examination system according to the specific conditions of each region. (2) to optimize the examination project and to formulate a test project that is related to the level of the students' physical fitness level. Test results, and fundamentally ignore the effects of sports on the physical health of students. (3) optimize the content of physical education, encourage the learning of sports skills, let the students develop sports habits, make clear the importance of learning sports knowledge. Try to publish examination items in the three months before the test, and take the form of field number to take the examination items to avoid it. (4) optimize the process of examination, increase the process of evaluation and assessment, pay attention to the determination of the content and standard of evaluation, and do a good job in the supervision of the process evaluation. (5) to optimize the operation mode of the whole process of the sports examination in the middle of the course, to make the supervision mechanism of the sports examination more standardized, for example, the examination can be taken to take the examination. The examination results will be announced immediately, so that the students can supervise themselves, making the examination process more open, transparent and fair.
