中学教师教学责任实现研究

【摘要】:身处社会关系网络意味着责任无处不在,承担责任是人的角色规定性使然。教师教学责任是教师在教学过程中出于道德要求和角色规范按照职责规定对教学行为及其后果所负的责任。教学责任的确立有法理学、伦理学和教育学等方面的依据。教师教学责任的内涵丰富:从责任层次来看,包括教学义务和教学良心;从责任关系角度来看,包括对自己负责、对学生负责和对社会负责;从责任结构来看,包括由内而外的教学责任认知、情感、能力以及行动;从责任的内容来看,又包括了课前教学准备的责任、课中教学实施的责任以及课后教学研究的责任。教师教学责任虽然丰富但不是无限的,需要通过分离期待和注释期待进行责任限定。通过对中学教师教学责任实现程度的问卷调查和访谈分析得知,教师教学责任在实现过程中存在着言表与行动的错位,以及内在良知与外部规约的矛盾。而影响中学教师教学责任实现的因素有:学校的教师管理制度的责任框限如教学检查与职称评定、文化上的功利主义的价值追求如面子文化和考试文化、教师主体的自我放逐如教师个人的教学承诺、教学习惯、教学自主等和教师集体的责任分散。中学教师教学责任实现的策略在于:一是通过发展共负责任理念、细化责任规范体系和构建校本问责机制实现管理实践上的创新;二是以学校文化培养责任氛围、发挥面子文化正向功能、重建教学责任观念以实现责任文化上的自觉;三是通过树立教学责任意识和责任感、养成良好教学习惯、提升教学责任能力、构建优质责任课堂等实现课堂教学的优化。
[Abstract]:Being in a social network means that responsibility is everywhere, and taking responsibility is the result of human role regulation. Teachers' teaching responsibility is the responsibility of teachers' teaching behavior and its consequences according to the rules of duty and moral requirements in the process of teaching. The establishment of teaching responsibility is based on jurisprudence, ethics and pedagogy. The connotation of teachers' teaching responsibility is rich: from the level of responsibility, including teaching obligation and teaching conscience; from the perspective of responsibility relationship, including to themselves, to students and to society; from the perspective of responsibility structure, It includes teaching responsibility cognition, emotion, ability and action from inside to outside, and from the content of responsibility, it also includes the responsibility of teaching preparation before class, the responsibility of carrying out teaching in class and the responsibility of teaching research after class. Although teachers' teaching responsibility is rich but not unlimited, it needs to be limited by separating expectation from annotating expectation. Through the questionnaire survey and interview analysis of the degree of the middle school teachers' teaching responsibility, we can see that the teachers' teaching responsibility has the dislocation of words and actions, as well as the contradiction between the inner conscience and the external rules. The factors that influence the realization of middle school teachers' teaching responsibility are as follows: the limitation of school teachers' management system such as teaching inspection and professional title evaluation, the cultural utilitarianism value pursuit such as face culture and examination culture. The self-banishment of teachers is like teachers' personal teaching commitment, teaching habits, teaching autonomy and teachers' collective responsibilities. The strategies to realize the teaching responsibility of middle school teachers are as follows: first, the innovation of management practice is realized by developing the concept of co-responsibility, refining the responsibility standard system and constructing the school-based accountability mechanism; second, cultivating the atmosphere of responsibility with school culture. Giving full play to the positive function of face culture and rebuilding the concept of teaching responsibility in order to realize the consciousness of responsibility culture, third, by establishing the sense of responsibility and responsibility of teaching, cultivating good teaching habits and enhancing the ability of teaching responsibility, Construct high-quality responsibility class and realize the optimization of classroom teaching.
