多元文化对中学德育环境建设的影响及应对

【摘要】：文化是一个国家的灵魂,对社会和谐发展具有很重要的作用。随着经济的全球化发展,以及文化在全球范围内的交流。德育环境是对中学生进行道德教育的载体,对引导青少年的思想建设具有重要的意义。中学德育环境影响着中学生的心里健康,对于中学生未来的道德发展也产生了潜移默化的影响。根据中学生身心发展和道德教育发展规律,对他们进行相应的教育、思想是必须要做的。多元文化是世界各国、各地区的文化在当今全球化趋势下不断交流、融合,并互相借鉴的情况。文化多元的趋势已是势在必行,而各种文化之间的激烈碰撞、交流融合,会对当代中学生的德育建设产生深远的影响和作用。这些影响有其积极的一面,可以促进中学德育更加开放化、现代化,迎合当代互联网加的一个新的势头。与此同时,多元文化对中学德育环境建设的发展带来了许多挑战和负面影响,使传统的德育环境受到冲击。本论文中主要探讨当代我国中学生德育环境的现状以及德育环境如何建设的问题,从多元文化的角度去分析如何更好地构建当代中学生的德育环境,并给出相应的应对策略。
[Abstract]:Culture is the soul of a country and plays an important role in the harmonious development of society. With the globalization of the economy, and cultural exchanges around the world. The environment of moral education is the carrier of moral education for middle school students, and it is of great significance to guide the ideological construction of teenagers. The environment of moral education in middle school affects the mental health of middle school students and has a subtle effect on the moral development of middle school students in the future. According to the law of the development of middle school students' body and mind and moral education, it is necessary to carry on the corresponding education to them. Multiculturalism is a situation in which the cultures of all countries and regions are constantly communicating, merging and learning from each other under the trend of globalization. The trend of cultural diversity is imperative, and the fierce collision between different cultures, communication and fusion will have a profound impact and effect on the moral education construction of contemporary middle school students. These influence have its positive side, can promote the middle school moral education to be more open, modernized, caters to the new momentum which the contemporary Internet adds. At the same time, multiculturalism has brought many challenges and negative effects to the construction of moral education environment in middle schools, which has impacted the traditional moral education environment. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of moral education environment of middle school students in contemporary China and how to build it, analyzes how to better construct the moral education environment of contemporary middle school students from the perspective of multiculturalism, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
