让“学生喜爱”成为我们教师的常态追求

【摘要】：从教十多年,我一直都在研究如何才能做一名深受学生喜爱的老师,受学生喜爱的老师身上应该具备哪些特质。在我们的身边,有许多爱岗敬业而又乐于奉献的教师,他们内心充满了对学生的喜爱和对教育事业的追求。但遗憾的是,在他们之中却有那么一小部分老师没有赢得学生的喜爱,他们付出的爱没有得到孩子们的认可。于是,他们迷茫,感到失望甚至产生抱怨心理,教师的高原期和职业倦怠感也可能随之而来。
[Abstract]:For more than a decade, I've been studying how to be a beloved teacher and what qualities a teacher should have. By our side, there are many dedicated and dedicated teachers, they are full of love for students and the pursuit of education. Unfortunately, a small number of teachers did not win the love of their students, their love did not get the recognition of the children. As a result, they are confused, disappointed and even complain, and teachers' plateau and job burnout may follow.
