广西农村学校“双师教学”模式应用研究
[Abstract]:"double teacher teaching" is a kind of national financial support, which aims to promote the education balanced, public welfare, innovative distance teaching model. This model is based on the network platform, and puts forward the classroom teaching reality of the excellent teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city. In the form of remote recording and broadcasting, providing high quality teaching resources for rural schools "double teacher teaching" is essentially to supply urban high quality teaching resources to rural primary and secondary schools, to promote the improvement of teaching quality and the professional level of teachers in rural schools. In order to give full play to the function and function of the project, the rural teachers should make better use of the "double teacher teaching" resources. This research is based on the pilot project of "double teacher teaching" mode training reform in Guangxi, investigates the current situation of rural teachers' training, analyzes the problems existing in the application of "double teachers' teaching" resources, analyzes the reasons and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. This paper makes an educational investigation and research on Sanli Middle School, summarizes the successful practices of typical schools, and finds out how the excellent teachers can effectively utilize the resources of the "double teacher" teaching to integrate teaching, and to understand the change of the students' learning attitude before and after the implementation of the "two-teacher teaching". It provides practical basis and theoretical guidance for higher educational management organizations to make decisions, and provides reference and reference for the reform and development of elementary education in our region and the construction of rural teachers. From 250 rural teachers from Nanning City, Beihai City, Qinzhou City, Fangchenggang City, Laibin City, Baise City and Chongzuo City, 70 rural teachers of the "double teacher Teaching" project were randomly selected as the research samples to conduct a questionnaire survey. The contents of the questionnaire mainly include the main purpose of teachers joining in the teaching of double teachers, the application of teaching resources, teaching ability and so on. The study found that: rural primary schools have not yet opened the state prescribed curriculum, and junior high schools have all developed the state prescribed curriculum. Most rural teachers' purpose is to learn new teaching ideas and methods. To improve their comprehensive ability in teaching, a few of them are assigned to the tasks of the school. In the application of resources, most rural teachers have integrated the resources of "two-teacher teaching" with their own teaching content. A small number of teachers use teaching videos to teach directly; in terms of needed help and support, rural teachers most need support from schools for network conditions, except for basic needs such as computers, the use of information technology, related training, etc. Rural teachers also hope to have the support and help of their colleagues, as well as the support and affirmation of principals. Through a two-week field investigation at Sanli Middle School in Shanglin County, Guangxi, it is found that: first, Sanli Middle School has set up a dual-teacher teaching group. The title of the project is "Inquiry into the New Teaching of Mathematics of Grade 7", which mainly focuses on carrying out the teaching practice and academic research of the two teachers. Second, the members of the research group write practical research papers through the teaching practice of the two teachers. For publishing or participating in competitions and winning prizes; third, the second classroom teachers continue to explore and learn in two-teacher teaching practice, to explore an effective two-teacher teaching resources integrated teaching model and classroom teaching model; fourth, Double-teacher teaching increases students' interest in learning, makes students' learning attitude more positive, and improves students' academic achievement.
