全面推进依法治国背景下的高中生法治教育研究

【摘要】:十八届四中全会强调要全面推进依法治国,其中提出了“增强全民法治观念,推进法治社会建设”这一目标。在全面推进依法治国背景下,对高中生的法治教育就显得尤为重要,研究高中生的法治教育,有助于当前高中生法治教育存在的问题的解决,从而为全面推进依法治国打下坚实的基础。在全面推进依法治国的背景下,高中生的法治教育仍存在很多问题与挑战,为了紧跟国家推进全面推进依法治国的步伐,需要切实加强高中生的法治教育。对高中生进行法治教育是一项既系统而又复杂的工程,离不开国家、社会、家庭等各方的共同努力。针对现在高中生的法治教育的情况,笔者认为在国家层面上,需要加大对法治教育的重视和投入,学校应该发挥其主导作用,同时应该营造良好的高中生法治教育的大环境,高中生自身也要发挥其主动性与积极性,形成多方教育合力,才能改善目前的高中生的法治教育中存在的问题,为了早日实现全面推进依法治国的目标助力。论文主要包括三部分,本文第一部分是全面推进依法治国背景下高中生法治教育概述:首先是高中生法治教育的主要内容,其次是对高中生法治教育的重要性,最后是高中生进行法治教育的必要性。论文的第二部分,从社会因素、学校教育因素、高中生自身因素、家庭因素四个层面对高中生的法治教育存在的问题进行了深入的探讨。其中,社会因素方面,主要是人治传统的影响和社会环境的影响。学校教育因素方面:第一是教育者对法治教育的重视程度不够,第二是学校的法治教育形式单一,第三是对高中生进行法治教育的师资力量水平不高,第四是学校的法治环境。论文的第三部分针对高中生的法治教育存在的问题,提出了改善对高中生进行法治教育的对策:一是国家层面需要重视法治教育的顶层设计;二是发挥学校教育的主导作用;三是营造良好的高中生法治教育的大环境;四是高中生需自觉加强法治教育。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee stressed the need to comprehensively promote the rule of law, which put forward the goal of "strengthening the concept of the rule of law among the whole people and promoting the construction of a society ruled by law." Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, it is particularly important to study the rule of law education for senior high school students. It is helpful to solve the problems existing in the current high school students' rule of law education. Thus lay a solid foundation for promoting the rule of law in an all-round way. Under the background of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, there are still many problems and challenges in high school students' rule of law education. In order to keep pace with the country to advance the rule of law in an all-round way, it is necessary to strengthen the rule of law education of high school students. The education of rule of law for senior high school students is a systematic and complex project, which can not be separated from the joint efforts of the country, society, family and so on. In view of the current situation of high school students' rule of law education, the author thinks that at the national level, it is necessary to pay more attention to and invest in the rule of law education, and schools should play a leading role, and at the same time, we should create a good environment for high school students' rule of law education. The senior high school students themselves should give full play to their initiative and enthusiasm and form a multi-educational joint force in order to improve the problems existing in the current senior high school students' rule of law education and to help achieve the goal of comprehensively promoting the rule of law as soon as possible. This paper mainly includes three parts. The first part of this paper is an overview of the rule of law education for senior high school students under the background of governing the country according to law: first, the main content of high school students' rule of law education, and secondly, the importance of high school students' rule of law education. Finally, it is necessary for high school students to carry out the education of rule of law. The second part of the paper, from the social factor, the school education factor, the high school student's own factor, the family factor four aspects has carried on the thorough discussion to the high school student's rule of law education existence question. Among them, the social factors, mainly the influence of the traditional rule of man and social environment. The factors of school education are as follows: first, educators pay less attention to rule of law education; second, the form of rule of law education in schools is single; third, the level of teachers' ability to educate high school students about the rule of law is not high; the fourth is the environment of rule of law in schools. The third part of the paper aims at the problems existing in senior high school students' rule of law education, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the rule of law education for high school students: first, the top level design of the rule of law education should be attached importance to at the national level; second, the leading role of school education should be brought into play. The third is to create a good environment for high school students' rule of law education, and the fourth is to consciously strengthen the rule of law education for senior high school students.
