孝感市中小学阳光体育运动实施情况研究

【摘要】：自改革开放浪潮以来,人们的物质生活不断得到丰富,但中小学生的身体健康状况却让人日渐堪忧。根据《2005年全国学生体质与健康调研结果》显示:我国学生肺活量水平以及体能素质的速度、爆发力、力量耐力、耐力素质水平持续下降。为全面提升我国学生体质健康水平,教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央共同决定在全国各级各类学校中深入开展“全国亿万学生阳光体育运动”。全国各个地区经济发展水平不同,地域具体情况各不相同,阳光体育运动开展的程度与遇到的问题也有所不同,这需要我们对阳光体育运动给予持续的高度关注。本文的研究目的在于通过对孝感市中小学阳光体育运动现阶段具体实施情况进行调查,对孝感市中小学开展阳光体育运动的实施途径、条件保障及实施成效的相关数据进行分析,发现开展阳光体育运动所存在的问题并提出相应的改进措施,为孝感市以及其他地区开展阳光体育运动提供相应的参考依据。本文运用文献综述法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对孝感市中小学阳光体育运动实施情况进行研究,调查发现孝感市中小学阳光体育运动实施取得了良好的成效,同时也存在一些现实问题,本文结论包括:(1)孝感市中小学开展阳光体育运动在普及工作上取得一定的成效,但是存在学生对阳光体育运动认识不深的问题;(2)孝感市中小学阳光体育运动的实施与体育课结合情况有待提高。(3)孝感市中小学阳光体育运动的实施与课外体育活动紧密相联。(4)孝感市中小学硬件设施落后和体育经费投入不足,体育师资力量匮乏且上升渠道狭窄;(5)孝感市中小学阳光体育运动实施取得一定成效。通过反思阳光体育运动实施中的问题,提出了阳光体育运动的发展建议:一是宣传方式进行创新;二是严格执行国家体育课时的规定,各有关部门要进行经常性的检查;三是创新阳光体育运动的活动形式、内容,大力发展校园俱乐部模式,积极申报特色项目学校;四是学校应加大对体育的经费投入,配置相应的安全设施;五是拓宽体育教师上升渠道,完善体育教师的进修制度;六是建立相应的阳光体育运动长效机制。
[Abstract]:Since the tide of reform and opening up, people's material life has been enriched, but the health of primary and middle school students is becoming more and more worrying. According to the results of the investigation on students' physique and Health in 2005, it is shown that the level of vital capacity and the speed of physical fitness, explosive force, strength endurance and endurance quality of students in our country continue to decline. In order to improve the students' physical health level, the Ministry of Education, the State General Administration of Sports and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League have jointly decided to carry out "National Sunshine Sports for hundreds of millions of students" in various schools at all levels of the country. The level of economic development in different regions of the country is different, the specific conditions of the region are different, and the degree of the development of sunshine sports and the problems encountered are also different, which requires us to give sustained and high attention to sunshine sports. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the specific implementation of sunshine sports in primary and middle schools in Xiaogan City at this stage, and to explore the ways to carry out sunshine sports in primary and secondary schools in Xiaogan City. Based on the analysis of the relevant data of the condition guarantee and the effect of the implementation, the problems existing in the development of sunshine sports are found and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to provide the corresponding reference basis for the development of sunshine sports in Xiaogan city and other areas. This paper studies the implementation of sunshine sports in primary and middle schools in Xiaogan City by means of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, and finds that the implementation of sunshine sports in primary and middle schools in Xiaogan has achieved good results. At the same time, there are also some practical problems. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the development of sunshine sports in primary and secondary schools in Xiaogan City has achieved certain results in popularizing the work. However, there is a problem that students do not know deeply about sunshine sports. (2) the implementation of sunshine sports in primary and middle schools in Xiaogan city needs to be improved. (3) the implementation of sunshine sports and extracurricular sports work in primary and middle schools in Xiaogan city need to be improved. (4) the hardware facilities of primary and secondary schools in Xiaogan City are backward and the sports funds are insufficient. Lack of physical education teachers and narrow rise channels; (5) the implementation of Xiaogan primary and secondary school sunshine sports achieved certain results. Through reflecting on the problems in the implementation of sunshine sports, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of sunshine sports: first, innovating propaganda methods; second, strictly carrying out the regulations of national physical education class, and all relevant departments should carry out regular inspections; Third, innovating the activity form and content of sunshine sports, vigorously developing the campus club mode, actively declaring the characteristic project school, fourth, the school should increase the fund investment to the sports, configure the corresponding safety facilities; The fifth is to widen the channels for PE teachers to rise, and to perfect the system of PE teachers' further education; sixthly, to establish the corresponding long-term mechanism of sunshine sports.
