襄阳市省级示范高中排球运动开展现状调查研究

【摘要】：在国务院日益重视“校园足球”发展的基调下,同为三大球的“冠军”项目：排球,在学校体育发展进程中的作用也是不容忽视的,为了普及“阳光体育”运动的开展,响应“每天锻炼一小时”的号召,发扬“健康第一”的学校体育指导思想。本文从襄阳市省级示范高中排球运动发展现状入手,研究排球运动发展现状并进行对比分析,进一步找出影响襄阳市排球运动发展的因素,为襄阳市有关教育部门在制定有关学校体育工作的措施提供一定的理论借鉴和实践依据,并对其他类似学校及城市有相当大的参考价值,为排球运动的发展和学生终身体育锻炼提供保障。本文主要采取文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等科学研究方法对襄阳市3所省级示范高中排球运动的开展现状进行了大规模的调查研究,共发放480份调查问卷,回收438份,去除无效问卷,共采用有效问卷426份进行研究。分别从三所学校的体育师资、排球场地和器材、排球教学、课余排球活动等方面进行调研。并将3所学校的情况进行比较分析,找出异同点,相互学习借鉴,扬长补短。将数据结果与国家要求标准及相关文献对比分析与研究得出襄阳市省级示范高中排球运动开展现状主要存在的问题有：第一,领导重视程度和物质保障条件不足。第二,排球专项教师缺乏,师资队伍建设不平衡。第三,排球课程开发不足,教学内容缺乏创新性。第四,学生课余活动时间不足,排球课余活动不普及。第五,课余排球竞赛发展滞后。针对以上问题,结合我国高级中学学校体育工作的性质与特色,对襄阳市省级示范高中排球运动的开展现状提出如下建议：第一,加强领导重视程度,加大物质保障条件的投入。第二,引进更多排球专项教师,优化体育师资队伍。第三,深入挖掘排球课程,提高排球教学内容的创新性。第四,改变传统“重文轻武”思想,提高课余排球活动的普及性。第五,大力发展课余排球竞赛,完善排球竞赛体系。
[Abstract]:With the State Council paying more and more attention to the development of "campus football", volleyball, the "champion" event of the three big balls, plays an important role in the development of school sports. In order to popularize the development of "sunshine sports", In response to the "exercise an hour a day" call, carry forward the "health first" school physical education guidelines. Starting with the present situation of volleyball development in Xiangyang provincial demonstration high school, this paper studies the present situation of volleyball development and makes a comparative analysis to find out the factors that affect the development of Xiangyang volleyball. It provides a certain theoretical and practical basis for the relevant education departments in Xiangyang to formulate measures related to school physical education work, and has considerable reference value for other similar schools and cities. Provide guarantee for the development of volleyball and students'lifelong physical exercise. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and other scientific research methods to carry out a large-scale investigation and study on the present situation of volleyball sports in 3 provincial demonstration high schools in Xiangyang. A total of 480 questionnaires were distributed, and 438 copies were recovered. Removal of invalid questionnaires, a total of 426 valid questionnaires for the study. This paper investigates the physical education teachers, volleyball venues and equipment, volleyball teaching and extracurricular volleyball activities in three schools. And the situation of the three schools were compared and analyzed to find out the similarities and differences, learn from each other, complement each other. By comparing the results with the national standards and related documents, it is concluded that the main problems in the present situation of Xiangyang provincial demonstration high school volleyball are as follows: first, the level of leadership attention and material protection conditions are insufficient. Second, volleyball teachers lack, the construction of teachers is not balanced. Third, volleyball curriculum development is insufficient, teaching content is lack of innovation. Fourth, students do not have enough extracurricular activities, volleyball after-school activities are not popular. Fifth, the development of after-school volleyball competition lags behind. In view of the above problems, combined with the nature and characteristics of physical education work in senior middle schools in our country, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the present situation of volleyball sports in Xiangyang provincial demonstration high school: first, strengthening the degree of leadership attention, Increase the input of material guarantee condition. Second, the introduction of more volleyball special teachers, optimize the team of physical education teachers. Third, excavate volleyball course deeply, improve the innovation of volleyball teaching content. Fourth, to change the traditional thought of "emphasizing on literature and not on military", and to improve the popularization of after-school volleyball activities. Fifth, vigorously develop after-school volleyball competition, improve the volleyball competition system.
