TARGET模式激发和维持中学生化学学习动机的研究
[Abstract]:At present, in the middle school students group, the phenomenon of weariness and painstaking learning is common. Most students learn for score and study for examination, and there is no clear motivation for learning. In order to carry out quality education in middle school students, there are still great challenges. It is of great significance to promote the reform of basic education by effectively arousing the learning motivation of middle school students, enabling them to study actively and learning creatively. According to the six kinds of family structure of (Epstein) motivation system, Ames (Ames) puts forward the TARGET teaching model to stimulate classroom learning motivation. This model includes six elements of classroom structure: task design (Task design), power allocation (Authority distribution), affirmative way (Recognition practices), team arranges (Grouping arrangements), evaluation activities (Evaluation practices), time allocation (Time allocation). This kind of classroom model pays more attention to the students' learning process and emphasizes the development of students' ability, rather than the simple result of achievement, which accords with the requirement of quality education to students' ability. The reasonable adjustment of six kinds of classroom structure elements is conducive to creating a classroom atmosphere of mastering the goal orientation, arousing students' learning motivation and enhancing their interest in learning. Based on TARGET motivation model, this study is applied to junior high school chemistry teaching. In the experiment class, the intervention experiment of TARGET mode teaching strategy was carried out. Before and after the experiment, the students were interviewed and the questionnaire of chemical learning motivation of middle school students was investigated. Through the analysis of the interview results, the statistical analysis of the questionnaire results and the comparison of the students' academic achievements, it is found that the application of the TARGET model in junior high school chemistry teaching can obviously improve the students' learning motivation and improve their academic performance. It is helpful for students to form a classroom atmosphere of mastering goal orientation. It can be seen that the application of TARGET model in junior high school chemistry teaching is effective, which can improve the students' interest in learning, stimulate their learning motivation, and promote effective teaching, which is worthy of further promotion in junior high school chemistry teaching. The thesis is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, research significance and purpose, research ideas and research methods. The second chapter is a literature review, including the definition of TARGET model, learning motivation, chemistry learning motivation and other core concepts, and describes the research status of TARGET model and chemistry learning motivation. The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the study, the TARGET model and learning motivation related theoretical support, the TARGET model and motivation to combine organically. The fourth chapter is the investigation and analysis of junior high school chemistry learning motivation, including the preparation of the questionnaire, the questionnaire survey results and explanations, the interview process and conclusions. Finally, according to the survey results and interview summary, the classroom intervention strategy based on TARGET model is designed. The fifth chapter is the practice research of TARGET model in chemistry teaching of middle school students. It mainly introduces the steps and process of practice research, the concrete teaching design and teaching intervention strategy of TARGET model, and makes a statistical comparison and analysis on the results of practice research. The sixth chapter is the summary and improvement suggestion, summarizes the conclusion and the related teaching suggestion which the TARGET pattern applies in the chemistry teaching, and has carried on the research introspection and proposed the future direction.
