论初中历史教师人格魅力及其塑造
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the knowledge economy era, the wave of educational development and innovation swept the world. As the leading factor of education, the teacher is the engineer of human soul, whose personality has strong appeal, appeal and attraction, and contains incalculable educational value. The role of teacher's personality charm should not be underestimated. At present, China is in the critical period of carrying out quality-oriented education and new curriculum reform in an all-round way. Humanism is beginning to take root in the fertile soil of education. As the core of teacher's quality, teacher's personality plays an important role in promoting humanization of education. However, in the reality of education and teaching, some teachers turn a deaf ear to this, are indifferent to the construction of their own personality, and the incidents of violating the teacher's personality occur from time to time, which seriously affect the image of the teachers and make the education shrine dust. Therefore, teachers should attach great importance to the shaping and perfection of their personality charm, contribute their own strength to the elimination of the current educational disorder and promote the development and innovation of education, in view of the particularity of the teaching contents and teaching objects. It is particularly urgent and necessary to shape and perfect the personality charm of history teachers in junior high school. The research on teacher's personality has a long history and is abundant in writings. However, the research on the personality charm of history subject, especially junior high school history subject, is few and general, and it needs people to carry on the past and bring forth new ideas. This paper is based on the current situation of history teaching in junior high school, combining with the characteristics of history teaching object and content of junior high school, discusses the personality charm and shaping of history teacher in junior high school. The first part of the article introduces the background, significance, research methods and related research status. The second part expounds the connotation of teacher's personality, teacher's personality charm and history teacher's personality charm on the basis of relevant research, which lays the foundation for shaping history teacher's personality charm. The third part introduces the current situation of education and the latent educational value of teacher's personality charm, and analyzes the characteristics of history and junior high school students' psychological development. A questionnaire survey shows that history teachers' personality charisma has a real impact on junior high school students' history learning. This part is based on the current situation of history teaching in junior high school, based on the teaching content and teaching object characteristics of history teachers in junior high school, and explains the necessity and urgency of shaping the personality charm of history teachers in junior high school on the basis of empirical investigation and analysis. The fourth part discusses the charisma of junior high school history teachers in detail from five aspects: moral charm, intellectual charm, teaching charm, teacher love charm and image charm. The fifth part puts forward some suggestions on how to shape the personality charm of history teachers in junior high school from two aspects: subjective promotion and objective promotion.
