泰国中小学国际汉语教师中国文化素养培养

【摘要】:海外汉语课堂越来越重视中国文化教学,因此,国际汉语教师的能力层次不单单停留在语言知识和教学技能上面,还要加入更多中国文化素养的内容。本文首先分析了首届世界汉语大会前中国文化海外传播情况和首届世界汉语大会后中国文化海外传播情况,探讨了中国文化海外传播的历史,分析了国际汉语教师中国文化素养培养在新时期中国文化海外传播背景下的重要性。为了掌握吞武里教育学校学生文化课的学习情况,了解中国文化在吞武里教育学校传播中存在的问题,以便清楚任教老师如何培养合适的中国文化素养,笔者对所教泰国中小学生进行了一次关于文化课学习情况的问卷调查。从调查结果可以看到,任教老师的在中国文化方面的能力结构和知识结构应当调整。笔者又探讨了海外文化教学实践与国内教师的培养问题,分析了国家汉办对志愿者的要求和海外孔子学院的文化活动情况,探讨了海外教学需要怎样的文化素养,接着从高校汉语国际教育专业中国文化课程的完善、充分利用政府开发和推广的中国文化产品、国际汉语教师中国文化素养的内化这三个角度分析了海外教学情况对教师国内学习的三点启示。
[Abstract]:More and more attention is paid to the teaching of Chinese culture in the overseas Chinese classroom. Therefore, the competence level of international Chinese teachers is not only on language knowledge and teaching skills, but also on the content of Chinese cultural literacy. This paper first analyzes the overseas spread of Chinese culture before the first World Chinese Congress and the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture after the first World Chinese Congress, and probes into the history of Chinese culture overseas communication. This paper analyzes the importance of the cultivation of Chinese cultural literacy of international Chinese teachers in the context of the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture in the new era. In order to grasp the learning situation of the students' cultural courses in the Tungwuli Education School and to understand the problems existing in the dissemination of Chinese culture in the Tungwuli Education School, in order to understand how to teach teachers how to cultivate suitable Chinese cultural literacy, The author conducted a questionnaire survey on the learning situation of culture class among Thai primary and middle school students. From the survey results, we can see that teachers' ability structure and knowledge structure in Chinese culture should be adjusted. The author also discusses the overseas cultural teaching practice and the cultivation of teachers in China, analyzes the requirements of the National Han Affairs Office for volunteers and the cultural activities of overseas Confucius Institutes, and probes into the cultural literacy required for overseas teaching. Then, from the perfection of the Chinese culture curriculum for the major of Chinese international education in colleges and universities, we can make full use of the Chinese cultural products developed and popularized by the government. This paper analyzes the three enlightenments of the overseas teaching situation to the teachers' domestic learning from the internalization of the Chinese culture accomplishment of the international Chinese teachers.
